Great advocate for his city and his recommendations are excellent! We were delayed on arrival to Nice and we were going to miss our reservation that we made, I contacted Fabio who rearranged our reservation for us and then booked us in somewhere new and close to the Hotel that evening, the restaurant he chose for us was excellent and a must do! Thanks for this Fabio! - the service of all the staff - everyone is just so helpful, kind and friendly - croissants on the door handle every morning, what’s not to love about this?! - hotel room is lovely and clean and perfect what we wanted. - it’s safe! Plus, the front door is always locked which you get the code for, so it feels super safe at all times. You must be mad if you don’t book this hotel!

|距離市中心1.04kmMy wife and I stayed for one week at Hotel Byakko. It is conveniently placed for public transport and in good walking distance of the shops and Old Town. The staff are all very friendly, polite and efficient and the amenities and breakfast good. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower good too. If anything, the hotel undersells itself, by not mentioning some of its amenities, including free afternoon tea, a safe in the room, shower soap etc in the bathroom and so on. We would highly recommend Hotel Byakko and would certainly stay there again if we are back in NIce. Thank you to all the hotel's staff for an enjoyable stay.

Laundry on-site is reasonably priced. There are a few nice cafes nearby, including the one just next door for easy breakfast/lunch. Staff was very accommodating of our additional requests and let us store luggage on check out - Maria is amazing!

|距離市中心1.85kmI stayed in this hotel last week with my 81 year-old mother. I liked the location of the hotel and the initial impressions was quite favourable. Unfortunately, this is where it ends. Having booked a twin room, we ended up with a double bed. After enquiring wether this could be changed I was promised another room which I looked at but which also had a double bed. I then decided to stay in the original room because the receptionist did not know which rooms were made up as double or twin. She then promised to send someone the following day at a precise time to change the bed. The morning come and went. Nothing happened. I then contacted reception again, which did not know about anything. The day went by and finally in the late afternoon 2 grumpy women turned up, clearly causing them more work, and changed the bedding. The kitchen is modern and has a lot fo good features, but cheap and uncoordinated cutlery, no knives to cut anything decent. The 2 glasses were so small you could almost call it a shoot glass. Just a shame to have a fully functioning kitchen without much equipment to use. The bathroom is small and functional, but the main issue here is the height of the bath tub. How can anyone of a smaller statue even get in??? Not much room to put your toiletries either. Storage seems to be a general problem in the room as well since there is a wardrobe for hanging clothes but not really any storage space for folded clothes in easy reach. The carpet is dirty. There are no reading lights next to the bed and no lights close enough to the table. It was a very dim affair eating your dinner. There was a sign saying you cannot use the balcony for sitting outside or hanging things up. Why even have a balcony I wonder?? What makes me really negative is, that the hotel randomly charged my credit card which is just discovered today. Let´s see when I will get my refund. I am very disappointed with the lack of care and interest of the place.

|距離市中心5.41kmExcellent stay at the Sheraton Nice Airport, in France Côte d'Azur, for a short relaxing holiday under the sun. This hotel is very modern, built in glass and overlooking the airport with its runways. Location is good because you can take the bus or the tramway to every spot of the city of Nice, or catch the train from St. Augustin railway station, just 5 min walking, to other villages of the Côte. Check in experience was very smooth and professional, they upgraded my room to the Club Level as per Marriott Bonvoy Titanium membership, along with breakfast and Lounge access. The room itself was very nice and large, with big windows facing the tram route but very very quiet, no noise during the night. There were a huge TV and a comfortable double bed, kettle and coffee machine. Very good restautant for breakfast and a la carte dinner, not a huge selection but tasty dishes and very nice personnell, trés sympa! On the top floor there is a beautiful terrace (with swimming pool during the season) overlooking the airport and the sea behind it, where you can suntan. On the other hand, Club Lounge service and offerings could be improved to be up to Marriott standards in Europe. A big plause to the young and professional staff!

At the hotel, I would expect a change of used towels, add toilet paper and take out the rubbish which did not happen. The hangers were missing. The hotel is a bit run-down. I would not recommend breakfast, it is very poor compared to previous years. The hotel is not entirely for romance but enough for an overnight stay.

|距離市中心0.54kmFabulous hotel. My daughter and I spent 5 days in Nice and stayed at this hotel. I honestly cannot fault it. The staff were lovely, reception through to restaurant. We had a fault in our room on the 3rd night, it was addressed very quickly and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. It’s proximity to the main town ( Prom des Anglais) and Nice Ville train station was approximately 5/10 mins (in opposite directions). The pool was lovely and tranquil (and so cold, which in that heat you need). It really was faultless. We will definitely be back next year.

交通：離老城稍微有點距離，但我的行李太重了主要訴求是離火車站近，到火車站走路八九分鐘，還是很滿意的
服務：在房間吃泡麪發現沒有叉子，前台的先生送了餐廳的叉子上來

缺點：1、帶着行李上樓非常非常累 2、沒有瓶裝水提供，需要自己出去買，不介意喝自來水的請忽略 3、定的到店付，check out的時候刷了信用卡，然後又在攜程說我no show扣了我保證金，找攜程核實之後才退給我的說搞錯了。同地址樓下一層有一家lp推薦的bnb，看門麪看起來比這家安全規範，門口有攝像頭，有需要的朋友可以自行搜索一下。

As Globalists, we were met by the GM after check in and upgraded to a Regency Suite with a separate dining/living room and a large terrace with a bistro table and chaise. The entire staff is very friendly, often addressing us by name. Our concierge Brice was very helpful! We’ve enjoyed a bountiful breakfast buffet each day during our weeklong stay. You could not ask for a better location on the Cote d’Azure. The old city is a 5-minute walk away. The Cezanne and Matisse Museums are must-sees. Hundreds of restaurants and shops are close by. Delta offers a seasonal direct flight to Nice from JFK. We hope to return someday.

We were very impressed with the reception we received by the woman at the front desk, and everyone has been incredibly nice to us. This is a big surprise as people have generally been very rude to us during this trip so far. We love the Matisse art on the walls of the staircase and the room is decorated beautifully. Unfortunately after settling into the room, we realized the air conditioner was not operational and the water pressure in the shower was so low that we couldn’t have proper showers. We tried to get past these issues but the room became way too hot overnight and we were unable to get a good sleep. The next morning we received an email from the hotel asking how our stay was going. I mentioned these issues and they called our room within 15 minutes and advised us they would upgrade us in the next hour to a superior room. This was a much better resolution than we expected and we are incredibly pleased. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Nice, and to anyone who is hoping to be treated as a paying customer should be treated (unfortunately not a luxury you will find throughout most of France). The rooms also have fridges, which is not something we’ve seen yet during our trip. This is really helpful as we prefer to bring groceries back to our room instead of significantly overpaying at restaurants. The deal they have with the parking lot nearby is great as well, since every place we’ve been thus far has completely shaken us down for parking. The views of the cathedral next door are beautiful too. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Trip提供了酒店員工認爲酒店不存在的一類房間(三人牀)。我和朋友一起旅行,我們不想共享一張牀。
首先,工作人員不想更改我們的房間,說他們已經完成。在堅持之後,他們找到了另一個有2張牀的房間,但AC沒有在這個新房間上正常工作。
入住後工作人員忘記還護照,我問的時候他說“他一直想看我的照片因爲我很漂亮”🙄。不必要,尷尬,一點都不好笑。
房間足夠舒適,適合經濟型酒店。

|距離市中心0.41kmA small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot.
The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.
