在希爾頓街對面開會住了四晚,之前住過一次,住得不錯。好像下坡了,因爲不管前台跟誰說話,服務都太差了。儘管我整個住宿期間都沒有打掃房間:1)被告知客房服務是每2天(根據一個人)或3天(根據另一個人);2)要求垃圾拾取,額外的機庫,第二天的兩條幹淨毛巾,被告知會發生在我離開當天; 3)第二天再次要求它,因爲它以前沒有發生。再次,我在一天結束時回到房間,它沒有發生。解釋這一點前台在第四天結賬時,他們“震驚”。雖然沒有試圖糾正/補償。另一個問題是,我錯過了一個晚上的送貨,因爲電話在我的房間裏不工作。他們從來沒有修復過。我每次都和不同的人打交道,沒有一個人能夠解決上述任何問題。上次我住在這裏。

Love the idea of the capsule hotel and enjoy having privacy. However the capsule only had an underpowered USB port and no powerpoint which made charging very frustrating and long endeavour. Hostel close to alot of food and bars, cvs across the road and subway around the corner too. Made Life very easy. Check in process was annoying, as the trip.com app doesn't take state tax I had an oustandign balance on arrival which means I couldn't do a self check-in so I had to wait 4 hours out the front of the building with my bags for the 6pm check in time slot as they run 10am to 1pm and 6pm to 10pm checkin. Each floor had a toilet and shower located in the basement seemed fine no major cleansing issues.

昨天回國前，我選擇入住華盛頓君悦酒店，整體體驗有亮點，也存在一些讓人不太滿意的地方。 走進酒店大堂，第一感覺就是開闊敞亮，空間十分寬敞，完全沒有其他酒店那種人來人往的擁擠感，在裏面踱步都覺得自在愜意。辦理入住的速度也很快，工作人員會貼心遞上一張介紹紙，上面清晰標註了酒店各項服務設施和注意事項，方便又實用，好感度瞬間拉滿。 然而，當我走進分配的房間時，心情一下子就低落了。這次被安排在角落，房間的佈局有些奇怪，採光也不太理想，給人一種壓抑感。衞生間更是“重災區”，空間狹小得，而且衞生狀況堪憂，洗手池裡居然還殘留着別人的頭髮，瞬間就讓我對酒店的衞生管理打了個問號。本以為五星級酒店在衞生方面會做到極致，沒想到卻出現這樣的問題，實在有些失望。 在入住流程上，也有不太人性化的地方。別的五星級酒店衹要能在攜程平台預訂成功，就可以自行辦理入住，而這裏卻必須要有21歲及以上的成年人協助才能完成check - in手續，這對於獨自出行或者同行夥伴年齡不符合要求的客人來説，無疑增添了不少麻煩。 不過，酒店的行李員服務倒是可圈可點。他們態度熱情、動作麻利，主動幫忙搬運行李，一路還耐心解答我的疑問，從他們身上能真切感受到酒店的專業服務素養，這也算是在這段不太完美的入住體驗中為數不多的温暖時刻。 希望酒店能在房間分配、衞生管理和入住流程上加以改進，相信這樣會給客人帶來更優質的住宿體驗。

出差住了兩晚,總體來說很棒。前台工作人員熱情,熱情,入住期間幫我辦了幾件事。大堂沒什麼特別的-只是一張桌子,幾步就到電梯,還有煤氣熱的底層氣味。房間本身很棒。寬敞的房間和浴室,舒適的牀,我得到了一個面向酒店背面的房間,所以非常安靜(我總是選擇安靜的視野)。5-6每天晚上都有歡迎小時,可以免費喝一杯酒/啤酒或雞尾酒,很不錯的觸感,每層都有水補(還是氣泡!)和冰站。總的來說,是一次很棒的住宿。

這家酒店一言難盡，因為是臨時晚上訂的，直接到前台説沒有房間，但我在攜程上訂到了，房間WiFi要收費，前台找了半天，服務非常不好，在攜程上已經全額付款,3天還收了750刀的預授權，我同時又定了一間，前台一直説滿房，後來到夜裡快12點和攜程聯繫，攜程説一定有房,因為酒店已經收費了，後來又下樓找酒店，換了一個前台工作人員，態度特別好，幫我們開好了房間。 酒店因為疫情期間取消了自助早餐，現在改為自己在網上點餐，每單會收一個6刀的送餐費，早餐分量很多，還不錯。 因為我們出門晚，第一天沒有打掃衞生，説是每天7-8打掃衞生，走的時候打電話給前台就會來打掃，第二天出門打了前台電話，前台抱怨説為什麼我們這麼晚出門。

房間衞生是ok的，符合標準 酒店一樓，異味比較大 每天都是 酒店服務：給差評是有原因的，第一天晚上我們發現有陌生人躲在我們門外面，於是打電話給前台尋求幫助。前後打了三次，前台答應我們會上來查看，但是沒有。一直讓我們等待，然後就再也沒有然後了。我不知道是為什麼 但是那一晚我覺得我處在很危險的境地，很緊張。我把貓眼堵住了，還放了個東西在門把手上。萬怡就是這樣對待客户的需求的。還是注意安全吧

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
