華盛頓四季飯店(Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C.)

We went in Spring 2023 for a cherry blossom trip but still felt the stay deserved a 5 star review even a year later. The location was great, in a quieter but more enjoyabe part of the town. Staff was very very friendly in both front desk and back of house roles. The restaurant had fantastic food and lovely staff too. The room was on the slightly small side but was very well presented and pristinely clean. Even looking at the photos now brings a small onto my face. At the time of our stay, the lobby had a lot of art decorations and installations, which made waiting for a taxi in the DC rain a much more pleasant experience. I would stay in the FS Washington DC again on my next trip.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado. A lado de Georgetown. Lleno de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. En los comentarios hablan de remodelaciones. Si se ve que una sección la están remodelando pero no me toco oír ni un ruido ni que me molestaran. El cuarto y el baño hermosísimo. La atencion del personal excelente. Especialmente de Michael Chase y de su compañero Michael en CONCIERGE y de Michael en RECEPCION. Me organizaron los tours, la transportacion, me reservaron los restaurantes. Me hicieron sentir como en casa. También los bellboy siempre con una sonrisa y muy amables. El restaurante del hotel riquísimo, igual que el Room service. Al desayuno le falto variedad. Hotel muy recomendado para disfrutar unas grandes vacaciones en Washington.

Extremely outdated aesthetic for 900-2500/night. Much better amenities and interiors at the Conrad or Pendry for half the price. Really shameful to see creaky handles, hinges, and door security bars for that price point. The EDITION at Tampa, with a Michelin starred restaurant, was incredibly impressive as another five star hotel. And this 4 seasons felt like I was paying more for the privacy of keeping the plebs out than having an experience of being blown away by a gorgeous once in a lifetime experience. Also, carpet at $900/night is wholly unacceptable. Heck the AC Hotel has engineered wood flooring for $150/night. Carpeted interiors are an immediate disqualifier for the monicker of “luxury”. As for service, I appreciated a request that the front desk accommodated for me. But I wish the note left in was addressed to my name and not someone else. When I returned this to the front desk, they didn’t create a new note for me with my name, which was a bit disappointing. But not a deal breaker. Lastly, the gym not having a squat/power rack and deadlift/olympic weightlifting platforms in 2024 make this a worthless amenity. Strength training is a CRITICAL part of health. And leg workouts driven by high/low bar back squats, and deadlifts are a critical part of that. Not having it at a 3-star hotel is understandable for insurance reasons. Not having this at a 5-star screams cheap. I would not recommend this place for more than $200/night. A real let down and for those seeking finer details and willing to pay, the Rosewood, pendry, or Conrad would be where I’d point them at. Unless they are celebrities looking to avoid prying eyes with a steep price barrier to keep others out, this was an overpriced let down.

They charged me for using the bar in my room that had never been touched. They never returned my deposit after claiming they would. For $2500 it should have been the best stay ever and my wife was disappointed. The location in Downtown Baltimore is immaculate from customer service to every amenity. The pool area was a lap pool, the spa was small, the waiter at the restaurant charged my card with a tip that I did not approve, and I had to get my own car when leaving. DC location is not worth my time or money ever again. Go else where.

The Four Seasons Hotel is far more luxurious than it self describes; every inch of this fine hotel is perfectly clean, the interior air quality is exceptional, customer service is legendary. Our room was in excellant condition, very attractive, and quiet. The ambience at the Four Seasons Hotel is sweet. We will return for pleasure though this visit was business.

I live in the area and booked a room at the Four Seasons for our wedding weekend. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, upgrading us to a suite and setting up the room specifically for our bridal party to get ready. From being greeted at the door by name upon check in to personal room deliveries to anticipate my group's needs, our stay was beyond amazing and worth every penny.

I was in Washington for 1 night for a quick business trip. The front desk staff was helpful and extremely kind and pleasant. The hotel is perfectly located and has superb service. I got an upgrade for my room and it was great. I had breakfast at the hotel and the food and service were excellent.

Located on the same avenue as the White House, the Four Seasons is privy to a continuous barrage of diplomats as the entryway is always hustling and bustling with large black SUV's usually indicative of something political. I had a great Deluxe room with king bed, spacious sofa, neutral toned rug, artwork touches, shots of orange on the dining chairs and a marbleized bath. I dined on a ribeye at the legendary Bourbon Steak restaurant, a quality meat mecca. A pinnacle feature of the hotel was the spa which offered an array of services that range from massages to facials and everything in-between. I took a moment to refresh my body and skin with a soothing massage. There is gym, a gorgeous lap pool and a whirlpool tub that complements the spa. So. if you want to plan a getaway that enables you to rub shoulders with senators, congressmen and lobbyists.............then try the ............................ .........Four Seasons Washington.........political power broker hotel.
