We have advertised this property on VRBO since 2006. We proudly share the following...This home is the owners’ winter residence and is ideal if you want to stay away from commercial properties. The residence occupies about 2000 sq ft on the main and second floors of a four stories legal triplex Victorian Home. It can accommodate a small group or up to ten guests with flexible accommodation space and you will be charged only for the number of guests in your party and will have the exclusive use of the residence. In the house there are 3 bedrooms. Beds are as following:Bedroom #1: 1 queen bed (double occupancy)Bedroom #2: 1 queen bed (double occupancy) + 1 single bedBedroom #3: 1 king bed (double occupancy). It can be separated in 2 singles. We live in the heart of Chinatown and although it is very vibrant, fantastic, and safe you will see homeless people and people in active addiction in the neighborhood. For the most part, these folks are harmless, but it can be sad and heartbreaking to see. There are multiple reasons for this - far too many to delve into here; all three levels of government are working on making it better. While our suite is several blocks south of the epicenter you are likely to encounter homelessness or addiction issues. Please note this is prevalent throughout downtown Vancouver, and if you are uncomfortable with these encounters you may prefer to stay at a high-end hotel or choose a property outside of downtown. We have lived in the neighborhood for over 12 years and have never experienced any violence or problems and neither have any of our guests. Having said that, please do not let anyone into the building behind you. 這次住的房間推門就驚艷，落地窗把街景框成了畫，採光好到不用開燈都亮堂。床品軟乎乎的像陷進雲朵裏，連枕頭都分了軟硬款，對頸椎太友好了！最戳人的是細節：前台小哥！真的很帥！很高情商！細節拿捏的死死的好嘛！步行到地鐵站3分鐘，去景區全程不用打車。下次來這座城市，絕對還選這兒，性價比和服務都沒得挑！

距離寶能國際演藝中心很近，這次來這邊看演唱會的，在網上看到這家評分挺高的，抱着試一試的態度過來住。裝修風格非常好性價比很高，離地鐵站也很近，走路就幾分鐘就到了。出行非常方便，而且附近很靠近商業街周邊吃飯地方很多，完全不用擔心。公寓的衞生搞得很乾凈，每一個細節都很好，乾淨整潔，房間是落地大窗的可以看到外面的景色，房間睡得很安靜，床也很軟，毛巾浴巾很乾凈，停車也很方便，有自費的停車場，價格也不貴，住了幾天了，每天都會過來打掃衞生。客房阿姨也會主動問好，前台24小時在線，小姐姐樂於提供各種幫助，值得推薦過來住[強][強][強][強][強][強]

額，走廊看着還好，就是地毯需要更換了。房間的地毯也很臟，櫃子都哎，方正我不敢掛衣服，所有設施都比較舊了。還有，房間里居然出現蟑螂，孩子們喊，要拿起來拍的時候，就鑽到別的地方去了，還有我們刷卡進去房間的時候，房間居然很冰。也不知道誰知道我們要住，事先開了空調。服務：前台還行吧，辦理入住挺快的。但房間我實在不滿意。

整體房間很好，很舒服，我很喜歡圓形床及浴缸。而且浴缸有按摩功能，隔音設備很好，，所以如果情侶。是最好不二選擇的房間，而且價錢也不貴。唯一不好處，夜晚突然沒有熱水，他們說只是關了總熱水爐掣。要弄到第二朝才有熱水洗澡及浸浴缸。還有衛生情況有待改進，你很容易發現一啲情趣用具。整體我也會在住多一次。

酒店公寓整體都很不錯，房價也比較實惠，停車方便，網上辦理入住，入住很方便，解決了在前台辦理入住一些排隊問題，有時候出來玩，下車很累，訂好酒店衹想趕緊躺着，不想再拖拖拉拉，我覺得網上辦理這點很不錯。每次在這邊附近遊玩，我都訂在這裏的，整體設施也比較齊全，配備了現代化的傢俱和家電設施，還是比較便利和舒適。最重要一點服務挺好，尤其酒店推薦小哥和阿姨，真是非常的nice ，真誠永遠是必殺技，服務熱情，有求必應，遇到問題都是第一時間解決和反饋，阿姨也是衞生的時候很熱情，需要啥都第一時間給我，進來都是輕聲輕語的説話和問候，如沐春風，搞得我每次都不好意思在房間給阿姨製造垃圾，哈哈哈，附近演唱會也挺多，如果大家來玩，可以作為首選呦

找了好多酒店，發現其他酒店都有不少難以接受的差評，唯獨這一家是5.0滿分的，慕名前來，果然沒讓我失望。因為是2025年新開的，各類設施都是最新的且配套齊全。全屋智能家電，躺在床上動動嘴巴即可，懶人必備。床很柔軟睡得很舒服，燈光柔和，座椅相關設施齊全乾凈，可以擺放很多東西。衞生間隔間佈局也很好，備齊一次性洗漱用品，花灑水很猛，沖得舒服。同時酒店設施也齊全，洗衣房健身房等應有盡有。一次超好的住宿體驗，下次來廣州還要來這住！

這次入住體驗真的太太太驚喜了！作為一家剛開業的酒店，完全沒有新手期的生澀感，反而處處透着用心。從進門開始，前台小姐姐的笑容就特別治癒，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的設施和黃埔軍校行程玩法。房間更是讓人眼前一亮，裝修風格簡約又不失質感，空氣裏完全沒有新裝修的味道，看來通風和除味工作做得超到位。床品柔軟得像雲朵，一夜好眠到天亮，浴室的熱水充足水温穩定，日本洗漱用品的香味也很舒服。已經把這家酒店加入我的常住清單了，下次來這邊一定還選這裏，必須五星推薦給大家！
