因地理位置，多次入住此酒店，最初的好感因為這次入住時前台服務員GiGi和Ｎikka對待客人的態度和做法消失殆盡。二點到達酒店告訴三點才能入住，其間不斷有人提前chick in，兩位前台大聲説笑甚至shut up這種用詞，坐等至三點多給了二樓一間臨窗是馬路對門健身中心的房間，忍無可忍，聯繫攜程專員要求換房，下午四點半才終於入住。感謝攜程專員的支持！做為酒店的前台服務人員，酒店的門面，她們既沒有專業的素養也沒有表現出對客人的尊重，非常失望！
