Casi todo muy bien con excepcion del ruido del elevador que en las habitaciones en las noches se escucha muy fuerte, y el ruido de la calle se escucha demasiado.

The hotel itself is a little dated and could probably use a refresh and renovation. However, the service was amazing, and the location overshadowed any inconvenience. The doormen were so helpful and friendly, too. Overall, we would stay here again.

We had a small mix up at check in but Daniel at the front desk was quick to correct it and we were never inconvenienced. Great Staff! Great Location

Nice quiet spot for a couple getaway. Restaurant in the hotel has a limited dinner menu, so you better make reservations elsewhere. Plenty of restarants nearby. Room suite smaller than it appeared in the photos. Had to get mainteance to handle heating issue in the room. Comfy bed...nice view of the magnificent mile!

Very nice property. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! However, at check-in they said we had $20 food credit, but they did not adjust our bill.

Very well laid-out room with a great view of Chicago. Clean, modern, great location and a surprising amount of space given where it is located. Would happily stay here again.

From our arrival to check out the stay was great. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was great, clean and very comfortable. A fantastic value and we will be back.
