This building was just renovated in 2021 with new paint, carpeting, balconies and ski lockers!The stunning condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two new twin x-long beds that can be converted into a king depending on your preference. This bedroom also has an attached bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a brand new pullout sofa with a queen size bed and a memory foam mattress. This property has all new bedding, furniture, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor patio furniture to have your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine while enjoying stunning views of Lionshead Village and the Vail Slopes.There is a pack-n-play available, as well as a booster seat and Bumbo seat for younger children, fully stocked showers, and a full size washer and dryer. There is Roku TV in each bedroom and Xfinity in the main living area, free wifi, and all new appliances in the kitchen. Our cleaning services disinfect the entire condo in between each guest, bleach all linens, and spray for Covid-19 to insure that each of our guests feel safe and comfortable coming into our home. All touch points are disinfected, and all proper Covid-19 cleaning protocols are followed very strictly.This property has a heated outdoor pool (summer only) and 2 heated year round hot tubs for guests, covered parking, and a private ski locker on the lower level to store your gear. Our apartment is for the folks who want to ditch their car and enjoy everything Vail has to offer by foot or on skis!You’ll find a large bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king sized bed, a large tv, and plenty of space to store your things in the bedroom. The bathroom was recently updated and will include all the essentials.Unlike nearly every other apartment complex you'll rent in the villages, our apartment is one of the very few that comes with an included parking spot. Even better, its a covered garage! Our building also offers a pool through the summer, two hot tubs year round, and a community washer and dryer room.When you are back at the apartment, you can hang out on our large patio and enjoy views of the ski resort and the gondola. We have both a couch set up as well as a little dining nook so you can enjoy hanging out or snacking from the patio.If you aren't interested in checking out the restaurants that are all within a very short walk, feel free to cook your heart out in our kitchen. We provide everything you'll need to chef it up.While this property is new to us, we are seasoned super hosts. Celebrate the $1 billion renovation in Lionshead Village and enjoy the new premium shops, restaurants, and bars that Lionshead has to offer!Enter a hip but cozy apartment with loft ceilings that give the apartment an abundance of light and space. You are in the heart of Lionshead/Vail in walking distance to the slopes and Eagle Bahn Gondola, Ski School, Starbucks, Haagen Dazs and gorgeous shops. You can't go wrong eating at one of the sophisticated restaurants or hanging and listening to music at a nearby pub.
