Dedicated local owners are also the managers of this property, providing personalized touches and service to ensure your stay in Asheville is top notch. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows invite plenty of natural sunlight into the living room. You will be delighted with the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with modern stainless appliances. The kitchen opens directly into the living area (which includes a super comfy queen sleeper sofa featuring a memory foam mattress); enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar or at the large metal dining table (seats 4) made by the owner. The bedroom offers a king bed with quality linens, an extra-large closet with organizers and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The connected bath features a walk-in shower (dual shower head) and granite double sinks. This condo is immaculately furnished with local art, high end furniture and eclectic accents.The first floor of our building features the S & W Market which showcases the best of Asheville’s local independent restaurants and beer. Highland Brewing taproom anchors the two-story space with first floor and mezzanine-level bars.
