酒店的位置比較尷尬，你説是市中心吧，沒有車還真不方便去，基本沒有公交出行。房間很大，可以住5個人，我一個人住很舒服，早餐還不錯，基本都有，朋友早上也來酒店吃早餐，我有5份免費早餐啊。

My place is close to Children's Museum of Phoenix, Chase Field, Phoenix Convention Center, Pizzeria Bianco, Heritage Square, T-Gen and VALLEY BAR (all walking distance). The property is also perfectly situated near a major highway (I-10) and a 7 minute drive from the airport. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the ambiance, the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include a California King, two queens, a queen-sized air mattress, and a full-sized futon. This is a private detached studio , tucked away in a quiet Cul De Sac in downtown Phoenix. This studio offers a King size bed, and 1 adventurous ladder climb to a raised platform twin bed for another guest to sleep . There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 bars stools. It has its own full size bathroom with shower . The living space is cozy and cute with 1 spacious porch to relax and enjoy a true indoor, outdoor stay .We are walking distance less than 1 mile to the Phoenix Convention Center, the Arizona Science Center, and the Phoenix Childrens Muesum . If you are a sports fan this is the place to stay, the Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball team is a couple of blocks away and the Foot Print Center home of the Phoenix Suns basketball Team and Concert venue is 0.7 miles away. The area is also close to lots of great restaurants .The Phoenix Light Rail is a block away to take you to Downtown Phoenix or Tempe home of the Arizona State University and College Scene , and all the way into Mesa .You can also take the Phoenix Light Rail to the Sky Harbor Airport. 新酒店設施比較新離展館比較近但是酒店根本就沒有啥服務意識，最後一天check out的時候房間密碼鎖沒電，被關在門外、不能拿到行李，酒店花了大概一小時左右時間才開了門影響了我匆匆忙忙趕去機場對此前台人員不緊不慢沒有任何抱歉的話沒有服務意識。

酒店在市中心，位置非常不錯！設備都很新，酒店後面出來就有商場，購物方便，這附近華人很少，早餐酒店的二樓室外露台感覺很有味道，晚上我在附近的日料店解決，200米附近還有星巴克，所有這一切都很好，唯一不好的就是沒有燒開水的😂不過美國大部分酒店都沒有，特別是這種華人少的地方

很新的酒店，牀很舒服，衛生間洗澡的水也很大，房間空間算大的，燈光很cosy，地理位置就在downtown，停車場不是免費的大概20刀過夜，早餐是星巴克&bistro合作的，不算是proper dinner，當輕簡餐早餐吃還行。性價比不錯！
