Built in BBQ in back along w/ full laundry.The spaceThis home was designer owned and has a great energy about it. The kitchen is retro yet has modern fixtures consisting of a 42 in built in sub-zero fridge, commercial gas range, dishwasher, commercial kitchen faucet with a gorgeous farm sink. Full dining area attached. All the rooms are large and invitingly comfortable. Living room has office area and lounge-y furnishings. The bedrooms are oversized, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Industrial bath is amazing!Green "paper" products, cotton and bamboo bedding, natural cleaning supplies used, no chemicals (except bleach, cuz sometimes you need that 😊!) Great Central Phoenix hood, 2 mi N to Biltmore, 2 mi E to Arcadia, 4 mi S to downtown!The spaceThis is a mid-century home has been completely gutted and added a 2nd bath. It is remodeled in an industrial boho style. It is very eclectic and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. The floors are concrete and the walls are block. I made the chandelier and also the island with butcher block top. Super unique and industrial master bath with a giant vintage French gold chandelier, exposed copper plumbing, open shower, concrete counter and sink, and an amazing stick tank tub great for deep soaking! The furnishings are a mix of vintage and antique and new. I love to create serene, luxurious and comfy spaces no matter the size. This provides all those things and more. I use green "paper" products, natural cleaning products, no chemicals (except bleach cuz sometimes you just have to 😊!) I also provide a variety of beauty products not normally found in rentals, for both men and women such as face masks and shave cream, scented bath salts, bombs and candles for a romantic relaxing bath, also standards-soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner. 這次住的房間推門就驚艷，落地窗把街景框成了畫，採光好到不用開燈都亮堂。床品軟乎乎的像陷進雲朵裏，連枕頭都分了軟硬款，對頸椎太友好了！最戳人的是細節：前台小哥！真的很帥！很高情商！細節拿捏的死死的好嘛！步行到地鐵站3分鐘，去景區全程不用打車。下次來這座城市，絕對還選這兒，性價比和服務都沒得挑！

距離寶能國際演藝中心很近，這次來這邊看演唱會的，在網上看到這家評分挺高的，抱着試一試的態度過來住。裝修風格非常好性價比很高，離地鐵站也很近，走路就幾分鐘就到了。出行非常方便，而且附近很靠近商業街周邊吃飯地方很多，完全不用擔心。公寓的衞生搞得很乾凈，每一個細節都很好，乾淨整潔，房間是落地大窗的可以看到外面的景色，房間睡得很安靜，床也很軟，毛巾浴巾很乾凈，停車也很方便，有自費的停車場，價格也不貴，住了幾天了，每天都會過來打掃衞生。客房阿姨也會主動問好，前台24小時在線，小姐姐樂於提供各種幫助，值得推薦過來住[強][強][強][強][強][強]

額，走廊看着還好，就是地毯需要更換了。房間的地毯也很臟，櫃子都哎，方正我不敢掛衣服，所有設施都比較舊了。還有，房間里居然出現蟑螂，孩子們喊，要拿起來拍的時候，就鑽到別的地方去了，還有我們刷卡進去房間的時候，房間居然很冰。也不知道誰知道我們要住，事先開了空調。服務：前台還行吧，辦理入住挺快的。但房間我實在不滿意。

整體房間很好，很舒服，我很喜歡圓形床及浴缸。而且浴缸有按摩功能，隔音設備很好，，所以如果情侶。是最好不二選擇的房間，而且價錢也不貴。唯一不好處，夜晚突然沒有熱水，他們說只是關了總熱水爐掣。要弄到第二朝才有熱水洗澡及浸浴缸。還有衛生情況有待改進，你很容易發現一啲情趣用具。整體我也會在住多一次。

酒店公寓整體都很不錯，房價也比較實惠，停車方便，網上辦理入住，入住很方便，解決了在前台辦理入住一些排隊問題，有時候出來玩，下車很累，訂好酒店衹想趕緊躺着，不想再拖拖拉拉，我覺得網上辦理這點很不錯。每次在這邊附近遊玩，我都訂在這裏的，整體設施也比較齊全，配備了現代化的傢俱和家電設施，還是比較便利和舒適。最重要一點服務挺好，尤其酒店推薦小哥和阿姨，真是非常的nice ，真誠永遠是必殺技，服務熱情，有求必應，遇到問題都是第一時間解決和反饋，阿姨也是衞生的時候很熱情，需要啥都第一時間給我，進來都是輕聲輕語的説話和問候，如沐春風，搞得我每次都不好意思在房間給阿姨製造垃圾，哈哈哈，附近演唱會也挺多，如果大家來玩，可以作為首選呦

找了好多酒店，發現其他酒店都有不少難以接受的差評，唯獨這一家是5.0滿分的，慕名前來，果然沒讓我失望。因為是2025年新開的，各類設施都是最新的且配套齊全。全屋智能家電，躺在床上動動嘴巴即可，懶人必備。床很柔軟睡得很舒服，燈光柔和，座椅相關設施齊全乾凈，可以擺放很多東西。衞生間隔間佈局也很好，備齊一次性洗漱用品，花灑水很猛，沖得舒服。同時酒店設施也齊全，洗衣房健身房等應有盡有。一次超好的住宿體驗，下次來廣州還要來這住！

這次入住體驗真的太太太驚喜了！作為一家剛開業的酒店，完全沒有新手期的生澀感，反而處處透着用心。從進門開始，前台小姐姐的笑容就特別治癒，辦理入住速度超快，還貼心地介紹了酒店的設施和黃埔軍校行程玩法。房間更是讓人眼前一亮，裝修風格簡約又不失質感，空氣裏完全沒有新裝修的味道，看來通風和除味工作做得超到位。床品柔軟得像雲朵，一夜好眠到天亮，浴室的熱水充足水温穩定，日本洗漱用品的香味也很舒服。已經把這家酒店加入我的常住清單了，下次來這邊一定還選這裏，必須五星推薦給大家！
