My tour operator booked me at Magic Mountain for the weekend on the last part of my trip after I came from Monteverde by ferry in Lake Arenal. The receptionists for all the days were great to me and helpful. My room was taken care of each day. A fridge was available to keep my drinks cold. The room had air conditioning when you need to turn it on. The bathroom had what I needed in fresh towels and a hair dryer, but my one criticism which I already let the receptionist know on my last day is that there needs to be a soap/shampoo/conditioner rack or holder in the shower as the only place to put these items is either on the floor or in a window ledge above you which is not ideal. The balcony view of the back of the hotel was really something when you can see Arenal Volcano in the background on clear days. The swimming pool area (with a bar right beside it) and hot tubs were nice to relax if you were not going out and wanted to hang around the hotel. Their restaurant is a nice place to eat if you did not want to go out, but at least the breakfast choices and service such as asking for a chef to make custom omelettes were very good. I think that sums up what I remember since a week ago. I can say overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

This is a magical resort with amazing staff. We were welcomed with open arms and Diego made the check in super easy. Once we got to the room there was the coolest surprise waiting since it was my 50th birthday! The treehouse was literally like living alone in the jungle but with all the facilities you could want near by. Every morning we saw green cheeked parakeets from our window, toucans and lots of other endemic birds. The staff set up all of the tours we wanted to do including transportation. And when we had to be picked up early they always accommodated us for a huge breakfast! Jimmy was one of our new buddies as he helped with breakfast in the morning and also took us on a night tour where we saw a kinkajou, spectacle owl, and lots of frogs . He was super knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and it was an amazing tour. For dinner, the food was out of this world!!! If I could rate it a 10 I would!! A huge thank you to the entire staff . Hopefully we will be back one day!

驚人的驚人的驚人的!我想回去了!溫泉太棒了,我喜歡至少一個溫泉開放24/7的選擇,他們每天晚上都換洗,毛巾上很嚴格,每個都是字面覈算的,否則每條毛巾都有費用,只要你保持軌道,沒什麼大不了的,反正真的不需要攜帶毛巾,我不得不說的唯一缺點是意大利餐廳比自助餐好得多,而且幻燈片也很強烈,我確實傷了我的腳在其中一隻,但它並沒有停止樂趣。希望我回到那裏!

Nayara Gardens is one of the best places I've ever been. We went on our Honeymoon, and were able to spend the whole week at the resort. From exciting and adventurous excursions to excellent choices in dining, Nayara Gardens blew us away! The staff was friendly and attentive all week long, and we even had some special treats along the way to recognize our honeymoon. The view of the volcano is magical, and it is so deep in the rainforest that you can see all manner of critters just outside your window. The whole team at Nayara communicates very well. The tour guides that we had were very knowledgable and went above and beyond to make sure we experienced the best that La Fortuna had to offer. I would recommend Nayara Gardens to anyone who wants a relaxing or romantic getaway that doesn't involve the coast. This is one place I know I'll have to go back to!

It’s a beautiful complex with many natural hot springs and pool to enjoy . The room is spacious and very clean, bathrooms is huge too . We were there for 3 days 2 nights , only wish we could have stayed longer. Because we had to leave very early on our departure day ( 5:30 am ) , we had a breakfast to go packed by the hotel staff . It shows a great service they offer to their guests and definitely added another wonderful experience in La Fortuna. !

性價比高的酒店，度假村很大，最好有車，沒車可以叫shuttle，早飯很好，裏面有温泉池8個，還有火山觀景點比國家公園還好看，真心推薦

We spent 3 nights at this resort, which began our Costa Rica adventure. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite! The room was large with refrigerator, balcony, sitting area, and a large bathroom (separate bathtub & shower). The hot springs were a welcome relaxation after days of hiking. The resort was an easy drive into La Fortuna. The staff was great - a wonderful beginning to our vacation!

Stayed here for 9 nights and loved the relaxation! Wonderful hot mineral springs on the property. Amazing property with jungle trails that are rich with wildlife. This is a bird watching paradise with many frogs as well. Sloths can be seen from the hot springs! Very nice restaurant on-site. Nice staff that were very helpful. It is close to other hot spring resorts including Eco Termales which is splendid. Also, incredible views of the volcano. Such a pleasant and relaxing place!!!
