豐收旅館(La Fortuna Lodge by Treebu Hotels)

Hotel simples e charmoso localizado no centrinho de La Fortuna, acessível a pé a diversas opçoes de restaurantes e bares! Quarto bem pequeno, sem vista alguma, mas com chuveiro muito gostoso! Café da manha servido em outro hotel, em contato direto da natureza, onde podermos ver diversas espécies de aves, além do vulcao! Comida saborosa!

Me duele tener que hacer este comentario, porque sin duda creo que el alojamiento es genial, pero espero que sirva para mejorar y cuidar mejor los detalles y el trato. Reservé una habitación superior y cuando llegué me habían asignado una habitación estándar, que es algo muy parecido a un zulo, además del ruido de las máquinas de otras habitaciones. Al quejarme me indican que no pueden moverme y esa noche tendré que pasarla ahí pero a cambio al día siguiente nos hacen un upgrade a una Premium. Pasamos una noche en la Premium, y a la siguiente mañana recibo un mensaje indicándome que tendríamos que volver a movernos, esta vez sí, a una Superior (categoría reservada inicialmente). Me negué y nos dejaron en la Premium, pero sorpresa, cuando llegamos no nos habían hecho la habitación. Respecto al personal, mencionar a Alejandro, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sobre el desayuno, correcto. Se sirve en unas instalaciones próximas al hotel.

El lugar súper limpio bonito la atención es buena hubo un chico que nos recibió y súper amable nos explico bien el lugar y nos llevó a la habitación, en el caso de el desayuno y demás todo bien. Recomendado

Notre aejour a ete parfait. Hotel tres propre, perso nel avenant, nous vois le conseillons, en plus il edt bien situé.

Staff was very welcoming and gracious. Property was well maintained and clean. There were good choices for breakfast. There was a nice view of the Arenal Volcano from our room. There were birds singing in the garden.

I loved the layout of the lodge. There were various areas with a variety of comfy furniture for you to read a book, gather with other travellers to hear their experiences in La Fortuna, reflect in the gardens or sit with a beverage and enjoy the view of the Arenal mountain. The staff were incredible! The lodge provided umbrellas which we needed to use everyday during our stay. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The rooms were small but we had everything we possibly needed like nice beds, comfy couch, fridge, coffee maker, TV options and great wifi. I would highly recommend this place!

Really cute little hotel. Well maintained and clean. Breakfast included was a plus. Easy to walk the town from the location yet tucked away for a peaceful stay. When we arrived we were escorted to a room with no window…except for the small ventilation window in the bathroom. I asked for a different room which was unavailable. I asked if other rooms had no windows. She said no just this one. I was not a happy customer. It felt unsafe to only have one way to leave a room in case of emergency. I inquired about getting my money back so I could move to a different hotel. No answer back. We stayed 4 nights. We were offered a room on the second night that had a window that didn’t open and overlooked a wall. We declined. On the last night we were offered another room which we took. The large window overlooked a hallway. I’m not sure which room or rooms they use for advertisement, but the view was not what I was expecting. Nice hotel….but inquire about the rooms and windows.

The Staff here are AMAZING! We stayed for only one night before returning to SJO airport. We needed assistance with transportation and the staff here bent over backwards to make calls and help us. This property is clean and has a nice breakfast. The ONLY negative I would give it - the noise. If you cannot sleep with earplugs, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong booking La Fortuna Lodge.
