我不妨以我能找到的唯一負面開始我的點評。這是酒店入口外直接吸菸區。所以一旦你打開門進去,香菸煙霧也進去了。現在毫無疑問,好的部分,酒店,最大的屬性是工作人員。我們的一週從一位非常有禮貌的年輕人的熱烈歡迎接待開始,非常樂於助人。不幸的是,我忘記了他的名字。但我想這並不重要,因爲它是我們整個逗留期間反覆出現的主題。一個需要特別提一下在酒吧後面工作的年輕人告訴我,他只有20歲,我不相信他是我有幸遇見的最誠實、最值得信賴和最真誠的人之一。這僅僅表明並非所有的年輕人都有態度。現在我必須說,在酒吧後面工作的每個人都很棒,很有禮貌。所以代表我的妻子和我想感謝大家。但是安德烈·馬丁斯,你是我心中的超級巨星,你應該得到一個拍拍背和晉升。有一天,我的朋友,我相信你會成爲經理。絕對沒有什麼太麻煩了。管理層應該非常自豪。房間很棒,俯河,乾淨整潔,房間很大。有時我們在酒店吃飯,每次妻子喝完酒,有人從她的瓶子裏倒了一些。她的確切說法是她感覺像一位公主,很高興工作人員讓我們都覺得非常特別。食物非常好,我們都會推薦。在適當的時候,我們將返回酒店,因爲它位置很好。感謝大家對我們葡萄牙之旅的絕對精彩的開始。

We stayed here for one week & having not visited Porto before we hadn’t any idea which area we were in but just a short step from the Metro which we used nearly everyday,excellent link to the airport & much cheaper than a taxi,cost us €2.60 each one way. We thought the hotel was great,staff were very nice & rooms were cleaned thoroughly daily,shower had a bit of black in corners but seen much worse,there was a kettle but our only gripe were the paper cups for your drink which tended to go soggy also no milk supplied so we bought a small carton of longlife milk. One block down is the biggest department store we’ve ever seen,el casa inglis,food court is great,we didn’t eat breakfast in hotel so can’t comment,we used one of the cafes further down the road most days. One of the lovely receptionists directed us to catch a number 903 bus to Afurada the fish area & away from tourist area & very quaint near the marina,well worth a visit if you like fish,they are open for lunch & again in evening,steep hill down & up! as the bus doesn’t go right to the area.

Atingiu minhas expectativas alem de otimo custo-beneficio. Cafe da manha delicioso. Funcionarios simpaticos e prestativos. Voltarei numa proxima oportunidade.

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, a 10 minutos y 10€ con uber de distancia a Oporto. Las instalaciones muy bien, el personal excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias. Me gustaria destacar el buen funcionamiento del restaurante para el desayuno, un 10.

Beautiful setting, lovely outdoor pool. Great location, nice walk across the river to Porto. Nice friendly welcome and staff were always super helpful. Well appointed spacious rooms (albeit the bathroom would benefit from a sliding door. Excellent breakfast Disappointed that the out door pool didn't open until 10 am so missed the early morning swim( there is an indoor pool but not quite the same) Very disappointed with the Pool & Bar menu, food quality mediocre at best and very expensive for what you get !
