迪亞尼海灘旅館

We decided to go for lunch together at the beach bar and also thought about looking into staying at the villas. Initial impression was that exterior of the some of the building need painting and fixing. we were shown A11 only to find that there is a lot of moisture in the walls which has been covered up with surface paint only. Door handle falling off the doors. On going back to the restaurant, we ordered a meal and drinks. It took over an hour for the meal to arrive and when being presented with the bill there was additional drinks on the bill that we had not ordered. disappointing indeed for a place with so much potential.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Even when the ocean tides were not the best for a good swim, I enjoyed a swim in the large pool! The food and beverage services and the availability of varieties were just amazing!  The lodge has some of the most hospitable and friendliest teams. The rooms had the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort; a spacious room, hot shower and tap water, personal coffee-making provisions, a comfortable bed, enough space to store my personal effects, good lighting... The lodge compound is beautiful and well-maintained; I loved the monkeys in the compound. The lodge is easily accessible, with the possibility of shuttles and taxis picking up and dropping guests at the reception. My stay in the lodge was one of the best experiences of my life! I can't wait to be there again.

我們在2011年十月去的這裏，一切都很理想。客服做得很到位，餐食很不錯。房間有點舊。有一點很惱人的是在去海灘上買東西的時候有被當地人騷擾過，當然這不是酒店方面的過失。這裏到處都是猴子，而且千萬不要喂它們，在食物麪前它們簡直就像瘋了一樣。我應該還會再來的。對我們來說真是個別緻的地方。

酒店很美，應該是斯瓦西裏風格的酒店，雖然我也不知道斯瓦西裏是什麼風格🤭。酒店裡餐廳，小商店也有好幾家。還有spa 館，環境，景色，吃的都不錯。值得推薦。。出酒店門對麪還有家樂福，很方便。在酒店還可以報團出海去看海豚🐬

2013年三月底我們入住這家酒店。酒店非常好,但是你預定房間的時候要小心。我通常預訂海景房,但是我們到達酒店的時候,我們了解到“真正”預訂海景房不保證能看到海景,因此我們換了完全看不到海的海景房,這也是里泳池非常非常遠的標準花園景觀房,至少靠近其他的設施。因此,如果你是一個像我一樣熱衷在房間里能看到海景的人,預訂海景房,而不是面向大海的房間,當然價格也會貴點。這種改變讓我們有一點壓力而且很失望。酒店其他的方面非常好,食物也非常好。我們預定的是全食宿外加的,意味着午餐和晚餐的時間還有佐餐酒(只有這些而已,這些時間之外仍然要單獨付費)不值。因為吃飯的時候一個人不能喝太多(除非你酒量很好)。因此,我推薦你選全食宿而且不帶額外“加”,這樣每人多花30歐元。蒼蠅也很多,因為就餐的地方是開放的,因此,我們邊吃飯還得邊打蒼蠅,但是是雨季,可能是季節的緣故。服務員非常友好而且樂於助人。我們不滿的別的方面是沒有泳池遮陽傘。雖然我們在泳池附近找到牆體產生的影子來遮陽,這不是你所期待的那種海灘酒店應該有的狀況,因為你必須足夠幸運才能找到一張在牆影里的太陽床。如果你有孩子,他們有兒童俱樂部,一天幾個小時,他們會帶孩子們去海邊,和孩子們玩等。房間和浴室很乾凈,酒店真的很大,周圍是漂亮的花園。他們也有SPA,很不錯,價格便宜,但是我覺得所有的海灘酒店SPA通常都非常貴。

Service was great, especially service fromMr Matata , Mr chriss (f/b) and madam Esther (guest relations). The conference facility was up to my expectations. I particularly liked how the security was throughout the hotel premises. I would definitely recommend other people to the hotel.
