I stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts. We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day. As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5. Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The facilities were top-notch—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What truly stood out was the breakfast. It was phenomenal! There was a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from hot dishes to fresh fruits and pastries. They even make fresh custom omelets. Everything was delicious, and the presentation was excellent. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. I will definitely return!

家人最愛!多年來我們在這裏住了好幾次,因爲我們在阿肯色州的Univ.有兩個兒子,這更像一個家外之家,而不是酒店。工作人員很專業,但很個性,很友好。咖啡在上午03:30釀造。早餐不錯,有穀類食品,水果,雞蛋(煎蛋,炒),香腸和培根,土豆,餅乾和肉汁,麪包,藍莓卷等。還有免費食物(肉丸子,沙拉等)和飲料的快樂時光。房間很大,一塵不染,我們特別喜歡帶客廳、廚房(備貨齊全)的套房,還有兩間臥室,3張大牀,甚至還給我們微波爐爆米花,咖啡機的咖啡也很多。下次來拍照! 比爾博士

我要求提前入住,如果可能的話,因爲我是一名中風倖存者,我整晚都在開車。我中午左右到達那裏,告訴從o那裏起牀的女孩們在那裏。一位年輕的女士告訴我,她沒有房間,但要給我一個兒子,她可以。我回到我的車裏,彎下腰小睡一會兒,但在十五分鐘內,小女孩在那裏告訴我她已經準備好了房間。我很震驚,太感謝了!這個前台的這些小姐姐們太愉快了,太好,讓我感覺很好,很受歡迎。就像看到老朋友一樣。我會強烈推薦這個地方給我的任何朋友或家人

首先重要的事情。乾淨,安全的環境,舒適的牀,很棒的淋浴,不錯的電視,大小不錯的冰箱,還有可以把你凍死的空調。唯一的缺點(如果有的話)是前台只從早上9點到晚上9點的工作人員。所以你基本上是在那些小時之外自己。免費歐陸式早餐自去年入住以來就被淘汰了。然而,您仍然可以從以前託管每日早餐的公共區域的Keurig獲得免費咖啡。對於價格,我認爲這是一個非常便宜的。我在30天內再次預訂這裏。

We had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

****** was all right although dealers on card game were rude at times. The room was really awful since we found short fizzy hairs on the bathroom floor, the tap water was muddy or otherwise rusty and the bedding was so old and uncomfortable that I couldn’t get more than couple hours of sleep since the mattress was hard and tilted to one side. I will not go back and will not recommend it
