訪訪客用戶他們為我父母的周年紀念日準備了祝福。謝謝！不過預訂房間時出現了一些問題，因為豪華房看起來很新，所以加了幾百塊訂了一張加大雙人床或兩張單人床，但只有尊貴豪華房是新的。很喜歡打匹克球。孩子們很喜歡遊戲室，但只到晚上7點。可以在那裡加電視，做電影之夜。退房前的煩人電話應該要停止。景色很棒。整體來說，住宿體驗不錯

KKaren Wong 1114酒店很好。他們有很多成人和兒童的娛樂活動。只有一件事是,沒有真正清楚地提到,你需要成爲進入皮科海灘俱樂部的會員。所以有點混亂,因爲他們有皮科海灘(免費訪問)和皮科海灘俱樂部。除了一切都很好!適合家庭!會推薦任何人感興趣的海灘度假村。

EEngel Abalos工作人員友好又專業。不過房間需要消毒。我們的第一個房間有很多小蟑螂。我們要求更換第二個房間後，情況有所改善。但我們還是注意到浴室裡有小蟑螂…

JJSM_030817值得一分錢的家庭lalo na sa mga孩子。迪西拉mauubusan ng gagawin。他們同時有遊戲區,一個溫水游泳池,na pwede magswimming kahit malamig。ang sarap din ng糕點nila dito lalo na yung ensaymada tas partneran mo ng hot choco。唉!伊藤talaga yung酒店na值得balikan。再次感謝卡西亞娜!!!❤️

一切都很棒，絕對會再次預訂。我們的房間免費升級，還配備了戶外浴缸。房間很大，有很多休息區。床是特大號的，舒適乾淨。智慧電視可以連接YouTube，但需要登入自己的Netflix帳戶。浴室很大。我覺得房間裡需要更多衣架、免費洗髮、可重複使用的室內拖鞋和香氛蠟燭/擴香器，這樣就完美了。無線網路也很快。在Pesce享用的自助早餐既清爽又美味。我們喜歡在農場散步、在泳池裡游泳，以及其他服務，農場的工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。在Upperdeck餐廳享用了晚餐，食物也很美味，還有吉他手和歌手為我們獻上小夜曲，感覺很浪漫。

__nonameatallIt really is sweeter the second time around! I’m back at Sotogrande and once again, they did not disappoint. We had a sudden change of plans and needed a room around 4:00 PM to attend a local event. I was impressed that they could accommodate a same-day booking so smoothly.
Sir Kim handled our check-in and was a lifesaver—he got us processed quickly because we were in a rush, and the security and their good personnel team was very hands-on helping us with our things.
After the event, returning to the hotel at 9:00 PM was the highlight of my day. The room was incredibly comfy. Even though we were too tired for the pool and malapit na ata mag-close that time the hot shower and bathtub were pure luxury.
My companion, who is very familiar with the high-end hotels in BGC, was genuinely impressed that the service and amenities here could easily compete with Manila’s best.
The next day, you cannot miss the breakfast buffet! The quality is top-tier. The chicken sotanghon and beef tapa were delicious, but the adobo was the absolute winner for me. 🤤
Around 11:40 am, we went to the Upper Ground for a check out. What makes this hotel special is the people.
Ms. Cess recognized me immediately even with my mask and cap on! She assisted with our check-out today (and, along with Sir Josh,) was the reason my first stay here was so memorable.
Thank you, Sotogrande, for the ”top class” hospitality. I’m already planning to bring my parents and friends next time to show them why this is the best spot in Batangas!

AAngel 這個地方很好，我們要求按摩他們的名字，但不幸的是，他們給了我錯誤的服務，而不是麪部按摩，而是給了我們身體按摩！而且牀罩很癢，我不為什麼！我無法集中精力進行全身按摩，因為我的注意力是小蟲子咬了我的背

Kkylo kyloWe stayed in this hotel because it was close to a friend’s wedding venue. The hotel is on a vast property and is quite nice to look at as you drive up the grand driveway. We arrived late in the evening of our first night. Lobby staff were quite nice but when we got to our room which was pretty far away, the room cards weren’t working. Luckily, a staff member was walking by and helped us get a new card. We stayed here four nights and had problems with the room card every time we returned to our room. Pretty frustrating. The hotel has a beautiful view of the volcano and surrounding mountains but it is old and feeling worn down. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Wouldn’t come again though. But thanks for the stay!

訪訪客用戶雖是老飯店，但是還算乾淨整潔；服務都不錯，設施也算完整（泳池，健身房，遊戲室等）；晚上戶外泳池旁還有駐唱，可以喝小酒聊天，也不錯！附近走路五分鐘就有兩個大型mall可以逛，裡頭都有超市；附近也有711便利商店，生活機能不錯～
