The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the food was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

(1) for single and occupancy both the hotel provides only 1 sealed drinking water bottle which is unfair with respect to human consumption. Anyways the hotel charges extra for double occupancy. (2) bathroom tap fittings are broken (3) wash basin drain pipe is short and fixed with a stop gap arrangement due to which wash basin drainage water floods the entire bathroom making it dirty (4) hotel staff started overhead water storage tank cleaning without our notice or prior intimation leading to non-availability of water in bathroom for nearly 5 hours

飯店離 elante 購物中心很近，他們給了我面對 elante 購物中心的房間，他們還幫我吃自助早餐，因為我對很多東西過敏。廚師為我準備了特別的食物，非常美味……如果再有機會我一定會住在那裡

One of my friends suggested me about this hotel. According to me my feedback for hotel services so that’s was so great. All the staff members were talking nicely and gently. I got everything i asked for at the right time. About food was too good. But unfortunately wifi was not working in the room. What i didn't like.

房型設施一般，服務較好！餐廳不錯

昌迪加爾JW萬豪酒店的服務非常出色。這是我第二次住在這裏。絕對沒有問題沒有得到及時解決,結果令人滿意,特別是將我提升到更高的類別,並滿足我的需求。服務質量和整體積極的態度,我入住滿意,我回來入住JW萬豪酒店昌迪加爾每當我在昌迪加爾。 我一般都會提出改進的建議,但是絕對沒有什麼可以改進的–你把酒吧設置得很高 。” 這是一個快樂的停留。

Propert很好,食物質量也很好,工作人員都很支持,但就在我們房間外面有一股惡臭,這是由於工作人員告訴的交流管道造成的。這種氣味令人惱火,使我們非常不舒服。

攜程給了這個酒店四鑽，我覺得有點誇大了。其實房間設施各種都非常普通，感覺還沒有國內的如家好。房間不能吸煙，每次都下到樓下吸煙🚬，工作人員態度很冰冷，不過總得來說還湊合吧。
