在英國大曼徹斯特，設有游泳池的飯店

酒店的位置絕佳，不是很吵鬧，出行也非常方便。窗外景色很好，尤其是晚上。酒店的早餐很豐富，味道還不錯。餐廳整體設計佈置比較獨特，從外面看不出裏面很多人在用餐。

可愛的乾淨房間。我的小男孩喜歡窗戶,可以看到景色,在游泳池裏度過時光。游泳池有兒童會議,所以我們可以作爲一個家庭享受,這很棒。位置也很棒,步行一小段就到市中心了。肯定會再次入住這裏😀

我們在曼徹斯特米德蘭酒店的住宿體驗簡直太棒了——這家酒店的一切都超出了我們的預期！從我們抵達的那一刻起，員工們就熱情友好，盡心盡力為我們服務。每位員工都讓我們感到賓至如歸，服務無可挑剔。 房間一塵不染，維護得非常漂亮，而且舒適無比。床鋪柔軟得像睡在雲朵上一樣－我們睡了很久以來最香甜的一覺！客房服務快速專業，食物也美味可口——在城市裡遊覽了一整天之後，這真是一種享受。 說到放鬆——水療中心簡直是人間天堂。乾淨、寧靜、設計精美，是完美的休憩之所。按摩是我體驗過的最棒的按摩之一——無比舒緩，而且手法完美。如果您需要好好寵愛自己一番，這裡絕對是您的不二之選。 地理位置也無可挑剔。飯店位於曼徹斯特市中心，步行即可抵達所有景點，卻仍能讓人感受到遠離塵囂的寧靜。 總而言之，米德蘭飯店 (The Midland) 真是一家難得的寶藏飯店。舒適優雅，團隊卓越。我們一定會再來！

Didn’t give me fresh towels or replace toilet roll and try to charge me for parking and swimming when it was included in the price

I stayed at the Village Hotel Manchester Cheadle from the 20th to the 21st and accidentally left my Oral-B electric toothbrush and La Mer face wash on the bed. These are high-value items, and I immediately called the hotel on Sunday morning, fully expecting them to be professional and help me retrieve my belongings. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and disregard. Despite their company policy stating that lost items should be returned if found, I was simply told that nothing had been discovered in the room. I am 100% certain I left them on the bed, but instead of investigating further, the staff dismissed my concerns and didn’t even bother to follow up. As a paying customer, I expected a level of care and responsibility, but I received none. The worst part is that when I asked for an update, they merely shrugged it off, stating that “if they could find it, they would have by now,” despite less than 24 hours having passed since my stay. This lack of effort, urgency, and empathy from the hotel is shocking and unacceptable. It feels as though they couldn’t be bothered to take my situation seriously or value me as a guest. I will not be returning, and I urge others to avoid this hotel if you expect any kind of respect or attention to detail regarding your belongings.

酒店無可挑剔，客戶服務也很棒。我伴侶剛好慶祝30歲生日，他們甚至升級了我們的房間，真是個驚喜。他預訂了夢幻般的水療設施，物理治療服務也非常棒。炸魚薯條和彼得街廚房也非常棒，別猶豫，趕快預訂吧。

对于飞机爱好者来说，这里简直太棒了。工作人员非常乐于助人，而且能迅速解决我们遇到的问题，我们对此很满意。不过，行政客房的设施略显陈旧，考虑到价格，确实需要尽快翻新一下。

優秀的住宿,翻新後有很大的改善。工作人員也很棒,絕對符合我們來的標準。對萬豪酒店的期望。 房間很好,很舒服,游泳池很棒,桑拿,健身房,位置很安靜。咖啡也很棒,值得一提。一定會再次入住

Lovely hotel with everything you could possibly need

我們是晚上到的。司機根據導航繞了兩圈也沒有找到大樓入口，後來問人才知道大樓入口也不能停車，衹能停在距離大樓100米左右的地方，推着4個大行李箱和3個小行李箱穿過石板路走到大樓入口，還要提着沉重的箱子上好幾級台階，也沒有服務員幫忙提行李，前台衹有一個服務員辦理入住手續。房間倒是很大，廚房也乾淨，但是沒有提供瓶裝水、甚至沒有電吹風和漱口杯，更沒有牙膏牙刷，有一次性拖鞋。早餐在另一棟樓，需要提前預訂，否則會等待很久。早餐不是自助，也是坐下點餐。服務員比較冷淡，大概是因為太忙。晚上樓下很熱鬧，有好幾家餐館，人來人往。如果衹是住一個晚上不推薦，太折騰。年輕人或家庭旅行應該會喜歡這裏。（圖為入口處的台階和早餐）
