你的評價 ＜ 實際上,我之前預訂了另一家酒店,由於不可預見的情況,我需要取消。 諾福克小屋是爲數不多的提供健身房、“迷你健身房”的酒店之一。對於我來說,任何旅行都是必不可少的。迷你健身房提供了一些有氧運動設備,其中只有1-2工作正常,還有一些非常輕的重量。 最令人失望的是今年早些時候在日本大都市的極小的單人間,甚至比任何(!)酒店都小。有史以來最小的,小到除了牀上不可能打開我的行李箱! 早餐也令人失望。總是相同的產品,根本沒有品種。幸運的是,至少有無質的muesli(用於s.o.患有共濟症)和無質吐司。 然而,例如只有錫水果和一種奶酪等。 然而,積極是酒店最大的資產,工作人員! 非常友好和關懷的人,年輕,思想開放,來自國外非常多樣化。 由於聖赫利爾或澤西在夏季一般都很昂貴,我不會抱怨價格,雖然它非常昂貴(我能找到的最便宜的大約是每晚170-175歐元)。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

在餐廳裏最糟糕的經歷。在我們這裏的最後一天,早餐時間結束的時候,我一直在吃早餐,直到早上10點。我問其中一個工作人員是否可以把我的茶帶到我的房間,工作人員說可以。其他顧客也帶着飲料和食物回家。當我走出餐廳時,另一個工作人員走過我身邊,盯着我手中的茶。然後她戲劇性地捲起眼睛,發出響亮的、輕蔑的“茨克”聲音。

I Loved this hotel the staff went above and beyond and all so friendly , the food was amazing and lots of choice would highly recommend and would definitely come back, I left an item of clothing and contacted the hotel and it was sent to my home address I just paid the postage and received it very quickly thank you to all the staff, if other hotels follow your services they wouldn’t go wrong😊 fantastic hospitality

Great hotel. The location is superb and we very glad to have a sea view. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but was good quality. The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, especially towards my five year old son. Due to a travel problem we ended up having to check out a few hours late and the staff were very accommodating.

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.

在皇家遊艇上度過了一個美妙的住宿,我們的金雙牀房真的很寬敞,很乾淨。食物很棒,特別是早餐,工作人員真的很細心和樂於助人。 獲取當地巴士和旅遊信息的完美位置。肯定會再次留在這裏。

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.

酒店在島的西南方，位置很絕，從機場打車很方便。從酒店打的士很方便，公交車的話有點麻煩，晚上路很黑。酒店環境很好，小但是挺高級的酒店，服務沒話説。還可以租ebike，騎車注意安全。很早的飛機也有早餐可以送到房間。（圖都為實拍，無濾鏡）
