This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

湖草坪是一個美麗的度假村,有很多事情要做,從來沒有離開度假村。湖景令人驚歎,有3個不同的吃飯地方,一個巨大的室內游泳池和熱水浴缸,以及兩個我們沒有使用的大型室外游泳池,因爲它是四月。在溫暖的天氣裏,你可以租皮划艇,划槳板,甚至船隻。我們肯定會回來享受夏季活動,但天氣寒冷也令人驚歎,因爲度假村很大,有遊戲室,室內游泳池和餐館,你可以帶孩子出去,而不必離開度假村。距離日內瓦湖市中心也只有15分鐘的路程,可以享受更多的購物和餐館,距離擁有沃爾瑪、科爾斯、艦隊農場等所有基本需求的德拉萬鎮只有3-4分鐘的路程,真的是一個很棒的地方。

我和男朋友在這裏度過了暑假,只呆了1晚,但我們在機構中仍然玩得很開心。我喜歡他們有班車帶我們去暑假,並在暑假結束後接我們離開那裏。唯一讓我們惱火的是,火警探測器的電池太少,所以它時不時地會發出聲,而且由於它在一個小小的旅館房間內,聲音有點大。

This hotel definitely was not the cleanest. Also not sure if there was a huge party booked here but the halls were full of unsupervised children spilling ice all over and red drinks on the floor. The pool area was trashed from the big group. Nothing was cleaned up from the day before by the next morning. The shower head was gross-so much buildup of all colors. The couch looked like it could have been wiped down at least. On the plus side, the gentleman at the front desk for check in was very pleasant, and the bed was comfortable.

Loved the pool, great temperature for my littles I had with us.  Also has a whirlpool.  Wish you had a free breakfast, but understand with price of food.  Also hospitality was great!!!

Great experience ! Front desk staff was welcoming, room was very clean and interior was beautiful. Only stayed there one night for a concert but I would love to return to this hotel. One weird thing: the tv remotes might have been connected/interfering with other rooms? In the middle of the night it seemed as if someone else was controlling the volume and it was hard to adjust besides turning the TV off manually.

大牀房。房間比前幾天住的隔壁hilton city center小蠻多，公共場所的設施配備也低一個等級。好在商務出差該有的都有了。

An old hotel with old style of rooms but managed quite well. Location is close to downtown, near a lot of restaurants. They gave us a really good wifi connection. Bed was quite small for 2 persons.

服務非常出色;非常專業,信息豐富,包容。設施乾淨,維護良好。失望的是,水療服務不可用,下班時有點響。我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但確實享受了我們在他們的酒吧裏短暫的時光, Rye 。
