美國賓夕法尼亞州的4 星級飯店

整體美國同級別酒店尤其在這種大城還是不如國內的水平。這個地理位置很方便，附近有酒吧，有各種飯店，也有小超市來買東西。停車附近有停車樓。衹不過小路都是單行線。北美都市特色

酒店不錯，適合商務出行，樓下提供早餐，相對來說餐點也算豐富。酒店周邊環境很好，附近也有一些景點。

I was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.

Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

對於價格來說還可以。代客服很容易,超級快。我們房間的走廊陳舊,聞起來有黴味或像香菸。甚至我的孩子都注意到了。房間很乾淨,需要更新。地板是新的,但就是這樣。房間超級響。我們住在6樓,有一個陽台,我們聽到摩托車或那些大聲的自行車,他們現在整晚都在附近比賽,我們有一個聲音機器!我建議也許是一個內部房間,而不是一個朝向街道的房間。但是,對於價格和我們在那裏的速度,還可以。下次,我會花更多的錢買一個更好的酒店/房間。

酒店位置絕佳，提前辦理入住的服務非常貼心。房間的夜景令人印象深刻，大堂的聖誕樹，為整個城市增添了節日的氣氛。房間舒適，服務周到，讓我的住宿體驗非常愉快。強烈推薦給想要享受城市繁華與節日氛圍的旅客。

地理位置非常好，就在大學城，步行到大學校區中心十分鐘以內。開車到費城藝術博物館七八分鐘。 前台很客氣，房間稍微有點老，電梯比較費事兒。 有免費停車場，進出很容易，停車也容易。大廳有一家粵菜館，不貴，味道也正宗。

裝修比較老式，比較乾淨整潔，離機場比較近。整體還可以。設施與物品提供方面：美國酒店不提供牙刷、拖鞋等物品，與國內同品牌酒店相比有較大差距。
