The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Christmas lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

It was my first time at an Omni ever it was AMAZING !!!! The pool.. the food ..the room!! the bartenders Kevin and Spencer were the BEST!!!! They heard us say it was our friends birthday so at midnight exactly they played piano for us and we all sang it was so adorable and special 😁😁 the chef Hershel made a 4th of July cake that was outstanding !!! I will def be going back

The Omni Bedford Springs exceeded my expectation. The staff provided warm and friendly hospitality throughout our entire stay. My husband and I enjoyed the variety of dining experiences offered at the resort along with their unique selection of cocktails. The live music offered on Friday and Saturday nights in the lobby provided for a great gathering space to enjoy after dinner. I would highly recommend Omni Bedford for anyone seeking a luxurious get away with top-notch amenities and rich history.

Beautiful property. Pool is exceptional! Staff were friendly. Dining is mediocre…menu is very small. Still love the views. Room was not what was advertised…ordered king size suite. Did not get suite, but had king size bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Bedford Springs! The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my 4 year old daughter feel welcome. Concierge Bob and Crystal Ballroom server Tammy made our stay a very special one, with their kindness.

We thought the good at restaurants was overpriced. Very limited snack food and store closed at 7:00 pm so nothing for fire ring time

The inside of hotel was beautiful with lots of history. The outside weather was chilly and we hiked a little. They were decorating for Christmas and did not light the outside firepit that we were looking forward to sitting around. The best time to visit would be in spring & summer to enjoy the outside activities.

Lovely old style property-vibe is the old world resort stay-play games, sit and relax. Staff is super attentive, pool and spa are mineral which is what you go for. Restaurant was good. Overall stay on the $$$-$$$$ scale

A wonderful treat, the resort is not only lovely, it’s immaculate. The service is outstanding everyone was kind and helpful. An added note check-in is not until 4 PM, we arrived at 1:30 expecting to check bags until 4, however our room was ready and we were able to acquire it early. Great surprise, so accommodating!
