Our home is in the quiet, secure gated community of Oceanpointe in Lucea , Hanover. Our Cozy lttle cottage comes with breathtaking mountain views and ocean breeze or full air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room if that is preferred. We have a fully furnished patio along with outside dining area. These are designated smoking areas. There is no smoking allowed inside the house!There is a beach across the street. On property there are 2 shared pools, tennis court, playground, soccer field and basketball court available at your leisure. Pool float, Basketball, Soccer ball and table tennis paddles and balls are provided. Extra towels for pool and excursions are provided. Gym access requires a card there is a $25 US cash refundable deposit required upon check in for the use of the card. If card is not returned upon check out the $25 will not be returned. Free, fast Wi-Fi for work and play with smart TV in each room and designated work station. We also have a full array of cable channels including HBO and Nickolodeon for the kids.
