熱港全包悅宜灣奢享飯店(Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive)

I came here for my birthday, the lobby area was nice, front desk that checked us in and bellman were great, however when we got to the room after walking in heat, the bed was 2 double bed together but we were a couple traveling together. The room was ok I stayed at another Riu before and the room was better. We went for lunch that was an open area but covered that is fine but no one attending to the food, it a container left open flies had free access. The fruits were very young which as a result the fruits were very fresh and hard. Went to the drink dispenser selected apple juice but water came out, selected fruit punch but was extremely watered down. Severs had no smiles and not inviting. Went back to the room did a little work, Wi-Fi is spotty and if you leave the room it will drop. After working went back for dinner. As you walked in the scent was not pleasant but paid it no mind. All the food that I tasted a little of was unseasoned, the soda was flat and for the entire time I sat there only managed to get one drink as servers were horrible, never smiled and never checked on you. Went back to my room with an upset stomach and did not feel any relief until I brought the food back up. The next morning I called the front desk to inquire how to get refund. She was very forthcoming with the information but never once cared to ask why or attempt to correct. We gathered our belongs and went to check out. Again at front desk never asked why leaving early, band was cut

Definitely not a 5 star. More like a 4 star. Majority of the food was awful. Pretty disappointing as Jamaica usually has great food. Drinks were wonderful and tasty. Most of the staff did not seem approachable or welcoming but ended up being okay after you kept talking to certain ones. I would not go back.

The staffers were amazing, polite, respectable and kind. The room was always clean and the food was great. Shopping from the locals was always available and shopping onsite. I would recommend staying at this hotel

Friendly and welcoming staff. Two staff members that stood out were Rush who was part of the entertainment crew and Ma. WIlliams in the dining area.

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach is amazing, service is great, food tasty & clean rooms with everything you need. We will be back

This beach is nothing short of amazing. Staff is also great. The only thing I would change is the dinner reservations. There is only 2 dinner serving times at each restaurant, so it is very hard to get a reservation. Otherwise a great stay

Beach was great Did not have to fight for chairs Reservations for the restaurants were on line, very convenient!!!

The Staff at RIU were courteous, friendly and just fun to be around. The food was very good with plenty to offer at all times. I would ask that the property make an investment to repair or replace the John Deere tractors used around the resort. They were very loud, did not run well and if had to be restarted smelled terribly of gasoline. RIU is too nice a place for a couple Shaky Jakes to be ruining a beautiful environment.

Property is great. Modern and super clean. Most of the staff are awesome. Food at buffet also good. However, the food and the service staff at the A La Carte restaurants are sub-par. Can’t believe they are worst than those at the buffet. That said, this is still a great resort.
