My Two-Night Stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool: Central City Experience Just wrapped up a fantastic two-night stay at Phoenix Hotel Liverpool and wanted to share my thoughts! At £126.90 plus a small £4.80 property fee, it offered excellent value for a city center experience. The location at 46-48 Foley Street puts you right in the heart of Liverpool, which was perfect for my mini-break. Being centrally located meant I could easily walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas without relying on transportation. The vibrant city atmosphere was right on my doorstep! I stayed from **Thursday, August 7 to Saturday, August 9, 2025** — a perfect two-night city escape. Check-in after 3 PM was smooth and welcoming, and the 11 AM check-out time was standard and convenient. The staff were helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself (which I could see in the booking thumbnail) had a classic Liverpool charm about it. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. While not ultra-luxurious, it was well-maintained and provided a cozy base for exploring the city. What I appreciated was the **transparent pricing** — I knew exactly what I was paying upfront (£126.90) and what I'd need to pay at the property (just £4.80). The Trip.com booking process was straightforward, and having their price match and stay guarantee gave me extra confidence in my booking. The app's ”Message Property” and ”Call Property” features came in handy when I needed some local recommendations. The ”Manage Booking” function made it easy to keep all my travel details organized in one place. Is it a five-star luxury hotel? No, but it doesn't claim to be. Phoenix Hotel Liverpool delivers exactly what it promises: a comfortable, well-located place to stay at a reasonable price point that lets you experience the best of Liverpool without breaking the bank. **Would I recommend it?** Absolutely! If you're looking for a centrally located hotel in Liverpool with good amenities and friendly service, this place ticks all the boxes. Perfect for weekend city breaks, concert-goers, or anyone wanting to soak up Liverpool's vibrant atmosphere.

Nice hotel that ive stopped at many times for the Horse Racing. Good location. Breakfast are expensive at over £15pp. Also we had to ask for a heater as the room wasnt warm (and the heating wouldnt work - had this numerous times before).

參觀著名的阿克靈頓斯坦利(Acrington Stanley) 對陣利物浦(Liverpool) 的足總杯比賽，酒店很容易找到，房間酒吧和餐廳泥瓦匠都很不錯，步行5 分鐘即可找到附近的停車場（24小時16 英鎊以下）B 停車場。唯一的缺點是這家酒店位於深夜俱樂部的中心，外面還有所謂的花園酒吧，所以房間裡很吵，但這並沒有真正打擾我們，因為我們都可以在煙火中睡覺。但如果您睡眠較淺並且需要早點上床睡覺，請戴上一些護耳器。

這家皇冠廣場酒店位於利物浦郊區,是利用廢棄的候機樓改建的，但是到城裡頭還是比較方便的，旁邊也有比較大的超市，酒店的房間屬於四星級的標準客房還是相當不錯的。

來利物浦出差一直都住delta的， 這次預訂比較晚衹能住這裏了。 ascott集團旗下酒店， 在主商業街上， 距離lime street station 走路5分鐘。很安靜，設施也都很新， 房間挺大的。 唯一美中不足的是沒有餐廳因此沒早飯…… 這幾天我衹能去Lidl買點吃的湊合下當早餐了。哦對了， 酒店對面竟然開了一家喜茶……消費的好像都老中女留學生。 總之這家酒店真不錯了。

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

新開業沒幾年的新酒店，諾富特品牌，服務是相對稱的，前台的服務很熱心很專業，自己定錯了日子的房間，補了房間差價後，免費升級給我們一間雙床房。酒店乾淨整潔，淋浴的水壓很高，下水道口流水也快，到底是新酒店呀。如果非要吐槽一下的話，那就是淋浴房沒有門。

我個人發現這家飯店和網站上的描述完全一樣！我和朋友合租了一間豪華雙床房，比我住過的大多數房間都大得多，也舒適得多！沒有什麼好抱怨的！所有披頭四的照片和紀念品都與說明的完全一致，在我看來，作為披頭四的忠實粉絲，這為這家很棒的酒店增添了光彩！事實上，它距離洞穴俱樂部 (Cavern Club) 非常近，位於利物浦「音樂」中心的正中央，擁有「多元化」的夜生活氛圍，這正是我想要的！但轉過街角，回到飯店，氣氛又恢復了安靜、冷靜！兩全其美！週末晚上，很酷的酒吧裡有現場音樂演奏，還有美味的自助早餐，幾乎有您想要的一切！一點兒抱怨也沒有！這確實是我的經驗！快速、簡單的檢查和退房！無法理解我在預訂前讀到的負面評論，這確實幾乎讓我放棄了預訂！我只能說，這些負面評論要不是不尋常的，就是出自非常挑剔的人，就是極度例外！ 10 分滿分！飯店全體員工持續努力！正是您讓這一切運作得如此順利！時尚的坎寧 (Canning)，位於格拉斯哥附近的馬瑟韋爾 (Motherwell)！
