位置優越,靠近中心,工作人員都非常熱情。房間現代舒適,大電視和咖啡和茶/餅乾遺漏了。很棒,他們提供了沐浴露。房間裏沒有冰箱,所以不要帶任何你需要保持寒冷的東西。

這是我和先生第二次入住溫德米爾及其附近的這家豪華新度假式飯店。這是一次長途旅行的一部分，我們再次入住豪華的 Winander Suites 鑰匙進入大樓。早餐很棒，您既可以享用自助早餐，也可以從菜單上訂購熱食。無論是水療中心還是飯店本身，這裡的工作人員總是十分優秀。其中有幾個人甚至還記得我們去年來過！現場有如此多的餐飲選擇真是太好了......人們真的不需要離開。我真的很喜歡 Winander 的鑰匙通道和房間走廊的額外通道。現場設有停車場，門口有警衛。我知道在未來的許多年裡我們還會繼續來這裡參觀！

在温德米爾湖這邊挑住宿挑到頭都暈了，因為大部分都是民宿, b&b，都不是酒店，終於在小🍠上看到人家推薦這家酒店，價格還不是貴的離譜，有些人推薦七八千一萬塊錢一晚的，我真是住不起。這個酒店距離火車站打車10分鐘，位置超級好，大廳的花園走下去就是碼頭Bowness Bay方便遊客坐遊船，走路15分鐘能到彼得兔世界，附近吃的也蠻多選擇的，就在小鎮裏面的酒店。房間比較有年代感但也是翻新過的了，很乾凈！廁所是浴缸🛁回程時叫前台幫叫車叫了一輛超大的商務車，非常👍！早餐餐廳景色一般因為窗外搭了架子在維修，總體來説這個酒店非常滿意～吃完早餐在草地拍拍照，很愜意！

酒店環境非常好，在花園裡還能看到湖和山。很喜歡酒店的客廳，傳統的英式風格，坐在裏面欣賞窗外的美景。房間大小也OK，唯一美中不足的是洗手池是老式的水龍頭，冷熱水分開的。另外早餐很一般，咖啡不是機器做的，端上來一壺純咖啡和一小瓶牛奶🥛

非常滿意非常温馨的酒店，乾淨的房間，温馨可愛的入口布置和餐廳。主人Chris 非常nice，會提前安排好一切～ 早餐也非常的豐盛好吃😋～ 在這個小鎮算是個驚喜～也是這趟目前為止性價比最高的酒店～會推薦來湖區的朋友～

第一次住到這麼好的酒店，因為愛丁堡沒想象的好玩，所以少住了一天來到卡萊爾，沒想到遇到這麼有家的感覺的酒店，如果你是一家四口來歐洲除非你訂兩個房間，否則房間小的你無法想象，這裏衹要訂一個套房，跟家裡一樣，廚房什麼的都有！當晚就去買了食材來做了！

AAlanPBooked in for 1 night to have a rest in some luxurious surroundings after a lot of travelling around the country visiting friends. Hunday Manor is a beautiful old house in a fantastic spot on the side of a hill with a great view. The hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are well looked after. The quality of the food for both an evening meal and the cooked-to-order breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the only facility I would add is a few overnight EV charge points in the car park.
The service however was rather comical, starting with check-in. After confirming my name, 1 night stay, and printing out the reservation sheet, somehow the chap on reception muddled up my solo reservation with a couple arriving on the same day who were staying for a couple of weeks and gave me their room. After settling in for a much needed afternoon nap in the very comfortable bed and 'locking' the door on the inside, the rather startled couple walked in having been given a card for the same room. From that point on I never really managed to relax. I offered to move room when I went down for dinner later on, but the chap declined and mumbled something odd about the length of stay and seemed to point at the paperwork suggesting I had signed it making it my mistake! Sigh.
Things didn't get a lot better in the restaurant. Myself and another solo traveller were given tables at the back (by the same chap), seemingly to keep us out the way of the couples who arrived later and were seated at the windows. When either of us asked questions about the menu there was lack of understanding about the dishes.. I was then asked around half a dozen times by multiple staff if everything was ok. Meanwhile I could hear one of the couples quitely chatting about their room, no doubt the room I was in. Upon trying to put the bill on my room, the same chap from earlier left me at the bar with a card machine asking whether I wanted to add a tip.
At breakfast the next morning it continued. When I arrived the first breakfast room was full of tables needing clearing so I was given a table in the same area where I had dinner. This time given a table at the window but right in front of the only other guest, a lady already eating her breakfast. My table wasn't set so inexplicably the waiter clumsily took a second place-setting from her table while she was midway through eating! After dusting a few crumbs from one of the plates I enjoyed my breakfast. Towards the end of eating the staff were discussing how to rearrange the room for an event later in the day and started moving things around. After hearing the same couple from dinner asking to be told when their room was made available, cleaners were hanging around at the bottom of the stairs when I returned to the room. Nothing like a bit of a hurry up to finish breakfast and get out of your room to make you feel like a valued guest.
Upon check-out an apology and a chat but by then the damage was done. No offer to comp a drink (or dinne)r after making a mess of things either. It's a lovely hotel that could offer a real 5-star experience, but the service ended up more like an episode of Fawlty Towers and needs a bit of a rethink.
Next stop China.

訪訪客用戶朗姆酒塗鴉,這是我們第一次在湖區,當然不會是我們的最後一次!位置正好位於溫德米爾鎮和鮑內斯之間,可以步行到兩者。步行距離內有很多商店、酒吧和餐館,還有溫德米爾湖本身。
我們輕鬆地找到了朗姆塗鴉,在門口迎接了一個微笑和友好的人(主人,但沒有抓住他的名字)。我們買了一杯新鮮的蘋果和橙汁到我們的房間,經過長途開車到溫德米爾後,這令人耳目一新。我們的房間很舒適,不太大或太小,衣櫃,在飄窗的座位,吹風機,熱飲製作設施,帶軟木螺絲的酒杯和開瓶器。非常現代,乾淨,佈置得很好的浴室,毛巾柔軟蓬鬆,淋浴真的很好。牀很舒服,在忙碌的一天探索週邊地區後歡迎。
早餐真的很好,有麥片,新鮮水果和酸奶,吐司,然後早餐的選擇也很棒。
我們在早餐時與在那裏工作的女士進行了愉快而翔實的聊天,她讓我們在一些駕駛路線上擡起頭,試圖避免這真的很有用。
經過一天的探索,我們回到了朗姆塗鴉,來到一個打掃乾淨的房間,用茶和咖啡補充新鮮的牀,所以我們只能放下,牀有一個漂亮的杯子和餅乾。然後出去散步,一些可愛的食物和幾杯飲料。
我們無法推薦湖和朗姆酒塗鴉足夠!非常值得每一分錢

訪訪客用戶基本房一晚 200 英鎊對我來說有點貴，但還是很不錯。一些基本房間的照片具有誤導性。照片顯示的是一張四柱雙人床，但事實並非如此。後來我們發現這實際上是一間行政房，儘管它被標記為基本房。
我們發現從奧克森霍姆火車站乘坐巴士即可到達酒店位置（儘管相反），並且可以欣賞到美麗田野的美景。飯店裡的食物很好，但是很貴……當我看到哪怕是最少量的麵包也要收費 8 英鎊時，我的眼珠子都快瞪出來了。我想說這可能是餐廳空無一人的原因，儘管被告知我們需要預訂一張桌子，因為它很受歡迎。游泳池和蒸氣浴的價格是平均水平。
工作人員很友好，在錯誤地將我們安排在雙床臥室後，免費將我們的房間改為雙人床房。

Rrockylee1、酒店位置很好，走路去遊船碼頭也就10分鐘之內，附近餐廳非常多，食宿都很方便。房間很大，還有一個客廳，出乎意料，但客廳一側在床邊，旁邊就是街道，早晚有些吵，特別是英國車速一般都比較快，要略注意。早餐是提前準備的麵包酸奶麥片牛奶之類，有的在冰箱裏，有的在儲物櫃裏，不要有太大期待。
2、自駕過來的話，和前台要一張停車卡，每天3英鎊，無限停車，有好幾個位置可以停車，其實很方便。離開的時候，可以先去停車場開車，回來的時候把鑰匙和停車卡放前台就可以。

訪訪客用戶哇!!多麼棒的酒店。我們到達時停電,由禮貌友好和專業的工作人員見面,我們意識到了這種情況,並提供了火邊的座位,並提供免費的咬,我們一直保持最新的情況,直到恢復供電。考慮到中斷,工作人員保持冷靜,所有食物都及時交付,美味。房間非常有品味,設施齊全,一塵不染,牀非常舒適,房間在寒冷以下的夜晚烤得溫暖。早餐真的很好,我們得到了所有工作人員的照顧。我們必須說這是我們住過的最好的酒店之一,會100%推薦The Melbreak給任何人。做得好,每個人都關心

匿匿名用戶Greeted with a lukewarm warm reception upon arrival. No assistance offered to take the luggage to the room which was up three flights of stairs that got narrower towards the top. The breakfast server huffed and was visibly annoyed and upset when I dared to ask for a second coffee! I suggest that they invest in a coffee machine instead of serving single cup sized cafetières. The family room was a good size but had fairly low ceiling beams which were pointed out by 15 signs which made the room look more like a building site than a bedroom. No refrigerator in the room and the safe did not work. The location is around 6 miles from Keswick. Nice swimming pool but access via the door to the changing rooms does not work all of the time.

匿匿名用戶Great hotel with a decent location in the middle of the Lake District. You can walk/ cycle to Ambleside which is 5 miles away. Low fells are easy to hike for great views of the area around.
The hotel is more like a private house with rooms. We got a small suite with bedroom, bathroom and living room. We could just about see the lake from the living room.
The bathroom only has a bath and no shower head which was a difficulty for washing hair. Except for that it was very well organised.
Breakfast was at a nearby pub - The Good Sport. It was a limited selection on the menu: full English, breakfast rolls, toast or porridge. You also got a 10% for dinner in the pub too.

XXianguoguodaixi衞生：算比較乾淨，不過電視櫃有幾根頭髮，衞浴和床上用品挺乾淨，隔離就是公交車站和各種餐廳超市加油呀，🅿️也ok
環境：在公園旁邊的馬路邊上，還不錯，還算安靜
我住的4號房，實際比圖片好看一些，稍微新一點，原本以為又是圖片上那種30年前那種傢俱，但實際可能就10年輕那種田園風，房間也挺大，大箱子也能展開，
服務：早上可以點餐，includ還算豐富
設施：住一樓，衹有幾步梯子需要提行李箱
缺點，一樓一定要拉窗簾，不然偶爾路過能看到房間裏，一到晚上22點後會有一股**氣味，有點受不了，房間門好像鎖不了，我也沒什麼貴重物品，也沒去問，就這樣住了3天，整體還是性價比不錯，畢竟這是在英國度假區最火的夏天，就不要有什麼大的期待，
