Rooms are well-appointed, featuring modern furnishings and amenities such as Temple Spa toiletries, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffee facilities. While some guests have noted that certain rooms can be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and ambiance receive high marks.   Dining Experience: The hotel’s restaurant, set within a rebuilt conservatory, offers a bright and airy dining space. The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10.

我們在入住前幾個小時到達切斯特,所以想問我們是否可以寄存行李,但是我們的房間已經準備好了,所以我們被告知可以立即入住!(偉大的開始!)我們還以折扣價格升級(那裏幾乎沒有什麼接觸) 外觀令人驚歎,旋轉門(可能是我最喜歡的酒店部分哈哈)和宏偉的樓梯令人驚歎!工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。 那天早些時候我割傷了手指,它繼續重新開放,其中一個工作人員非常樂於助人,因爲我跑了出去,幫我弄溼巾和額外的石膏。 房間本身很華麗!!我們可以看到後花園的景色,秋天的葉子看起來很好!牀很大很舒服! 我很想知道哪裏可以買到枕頭!!! 我討厭爬樓梯,但他們太宏偉了。 我們沒有在酒店吃飯,但我們在酒吧裏喝一杯,同時我們等待朋友,很可愛。食物看起來很好吃。 我唯一的問題是晚上奇怪的嗡嗡聲/嗡嗡聲,很難入睡。然而,我確實帶了耳塞,應該用它們,所以就在我身上哈哈! 如果我們/當我們訪問切斯特時,一定會再次入住這裏!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

在主要的Oddfellows酒店辦理入住很順利,但本來會幫助提前掌握公寓的確切地址,所以我們可以更容易地停車。公寓有一個停車位,但入口很緊! 公寓5在樓上,非常寬敞。休息室/廚房/晚餐設置得很好,茶和咖啡都非常受歡迎。臥室和浴室很大,舒適乾淨(但可以用一些毛巾或外套掛鉤)。甚至還有洗衣房。Decof很古怪,位置很棒-就在主街道旁邊。很棒的住宿地點。

第一次安排的311房間，馬桶蓋壞了。而隔壁房間裡有一隻狗不停地叫著。前台人員很快就為我們安排了另一個房間，態度非常好。但是重新佈置後的223房間在地下室，空氣流通確實不太好，在走廊上就能聞到濃重的寵物味道。我還看到三樓電梯大廳有狗屎。說實話，他們正在舉辦一次狗展覽，但他們的組織並沒有很好，無法避免由此造成的所有不便。對於那些沒有預料到這些情況的客戶來說，這其實不公平。

當我們到達酒吧/餐廳的Raffael時,前台的優質服務,所有其他工作人員都樂於助人,開朗。 食物很棒,我們一晚吃了一頓豐盛的飯,第二天晚上有酒吧小吃,一切都很好吃,而且很好。

健身房很棒,游泳池很淺,所以每個人都很安全。每個更衣室的桑拿很酷。房間大小合適,乾淨,前台接待員非常樂於助人。早餐包括在我的沒有意識到的,它很棒,有很多選擇。

在參觀切斯特時住在這裏。它離公園足夠近,騎車很容易進入市中心。我們喜歡房間-大牀,幾個晚上我們需要的所有設施。我們也利用了水療中心-這很可愛。這是安靜和放鬆!
