房間很精緻，整個酒店給我感覺很獨特，處處透露着精緻，第一次check in的時候遇到一位優雅大叔，第一次吃飯的時候遇到遠超英國平均線快趕上美國拿小費的熱情，第一次收到一個木質房卡，第一次一個連鎖酒店採用的食材全部local ，環保也support local farmers，bar 也是free …唯一美中不足的是酒店沒有停車場，其他堪稱完美

This was a quick 2 day trip for a funeral and I traveled from United States to UK and needed everything to be easy and efficient. When I booked the hotel a key criteria was that there was parking available. I searched for 4 and 5 star hotels with parking and Indogo Hotel came up. The parking turned out to be off site, a few miles down the road. Completely ridiculous when having to deal with luggage etc. The hotel was great in all other respects but stating that there is parking was completely false and unacceptable.

We probably got the worst room in the hotel. It wasn’t ready at 3pm either. Really tight in the room. Window faced a brick wall. Bathroom door had a spring close on it which was a pain. When opened it interfered with the front door. Was told breakfast lasted until 11. We sat down at 10am and was told at 10:30 that food was being cleared away.

We found everyone so friendly and welcoming from the front of house through to restaurant and service staff. The room was nicely decorated and the excellent quality of condiments in the room made it a step above usual hotel stays.
The only downside was the parking and the drop off but I believe this is typical of Chester. The drop off is a lay-by on the road which is one way and only allows 2 -3 cars but the hotel has an arrangement with a public car park 10 min walk away which is reasonably priced for 24hr stays. The walk to the car is very pleasant as you can access through the beautiful gardens along the river Dee. We would certainly recommend and will be back next time in Chester.
