워치는 코스트네라센타 바로 보이는 데 있어 걸어서 시설 이용하기 편함 직윈들 매우 친절하고 일찍 체크아웃시 도시락 준비해 줘서 좋았음

在我看來，這家酒店的價格與品質完全不符。每晚150美元，飯店竟然不提供免費飲用水、拖鞋和浴袍；所有盥洗用品都要額外收費。為了住到高層，我等到下午3點才辦理入住，結果看到的景色卻只有隔壁大樓。早餐也很普通。花同樣的錢，完全可以住到樓上更高的飯店，享受同樣的服務和舒適度。這家飯店根本不配五星級！我不推薦。

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues. The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

不錯，都挺好，一所有文化、有歷史的老店，剛裝修過，位置極佳，就在總統府和智利大學的邊上，非常好！大堂吧的夜間鋼琴演唱，非常棒！

酒店在高檔社區內，周圍有很多不錯的餐廳，斜對麪有一家中國人開的以各國街頭食品為題材的餐廳，點了六個推薦菜，每個都很不錯。點了一瓶智利十八羅漢酒，價格跟超市差不多。酒店設計裝修很藝術范，一樓有雕塑和繪畫賣。服務很好，房間寬敞，早餐選擇多，送歡迎飲料，可以到9樓露台餐廳點。同伴說比附近的麗茲卡爾頓服務好多了。還跟前台借了燒水壺燒熱水。負一樓的餐廳也很不錯，價格合理。連着酒店還有一個日本餐廳。走三四個路口有個shopping mall。

整體比較舒服 而且服務不錯非常好 走路10 分鐘就是最高樓 吃飯購物非常方便麪 而且酒店出來很多好吃美味得餐廳

總體應該說還挺不錯的，位置比較方便，星級酒店的標準服務，比較省心

我入住的是俱樂部特大床房。很高興能使用俱樂部酒廊。酒廊環境寬敞，提供美味的餐飲。鮭魚、肉類菜餚、三明治、烘焙食品、甜點和沙拉都非常出色。入住期間，俱樂部酒廊的禮賓人員給了我很多旅遊建議，我還參加了城市觀光和酒莊之旅。房間乾淨、寬敞、舒適，讓我能徹底放鬆身心。酒店員工都非常友善。我一定會再入住。
