🛏️ 房間與設施 • 空間：房間面積還可以，不算狹小。 • 設施：整體偏舊，有點像國內城市中環位置的老式快捷旅館。 • 空調：配有窗式空調，製冷效果不錯，但噪音較大。晚上可能需要調至靜音模式或關掉，建議準備耳塞或降噪耳機。 • 床鋪與睡眠：床比較舒服，能夠休息好。 • 衞生狀況：可接受，基本乾淨，但難免有一點點異味。 🚿 洗手間與洗浴 • 空間：洗手間偏小，尤其是淋浴區域，勉強容納一人。 • 水壓：熱水充足、水壓大，淋浴體驗不錯。 • 洗浴用品：提供了一次性小袋裝洗髮水，質感類似國內機場附近的快捷酒店。 🔐 安全與服務 • 進出方式：使用實體鑰匙（非電子房卡），有種“懷舊”感，也像國內舊式酒店。 • 服務體驗： • 我是夜間抵達，提前郵件聯繫酒店，前台願意等候，態度耐心。 • 正常溝通時服務很好，離店時工作人員還很熱情地道別。 • 若溝通中需重複內容，服務效率會稍微下降，但整體友好可靠。 ☕ 早餐 • 早餐是亮點之一，內容較為豐富： • 麪包、果汁、火腿、奶酪，還有咖啡 • 自助形式，選擇多，性價比高 📍 地理位置與周邊 • 位置便利：步行5分鐘到火車站，地鐵站也在附近，出行非常方便。 • 周邊氛圍： • 靠近火車站，白天會聚集一些遊客或流浪者，略顯嘈雜，但沒有遇到安全問題。 • 酒店所在街道本身較為安全，對面是餐館，樓下也有便利店，生活便利。 • 環境略顯雜亂，街道稍臟，整體氛圍有點像紐約的一些老城區。 ⸻ ✅ 總體評價 這家酒店勝在價格實惠、位置便利、早餐豐富，適合預算有限又重視交通便利的遊客。雖然設施較舊，噪音控制一般，但服務態度不錯，是可以接受的中低價位選擇。如果你對環境整潔度和設施現代化要求不高，這裏還是值得一住的。

這家酒店就在火車站步行5分鐘巷子裏，鬧中取靜，對於火車出行非常方便，羅馬都是石板路拖着行李箱不好走所以找了火車站附近的。 房間比預期的要大且硬件維護的很好，房間裏也有電視可以看當地節目。 早餐服務人員格外熱情，早餐選擇很豐盛。 值得推薦的酒店。

進去的路有點難找，其他都挺好的，距離羅馬古城十公里不到，二十分鐘開車。酒店設施很新，晚餐不錯，小哥也挺帥的

在特雷維旁邊的令人快的驚喜。 美麗的房間,裝修好,很乾淨。 優秀的體驗,主要是由於擁有者們的意願和友好,他盡一切努力使我們的客廳完美!我們會回來!!!

我們一到，他們就陪我們去了同一集團旗下位於 Via Magenta（即後面）的另一家飯店，Hotel Luce。結構較差，但員工非常友善且樂於助人。和特米尼火車站附近的大多數飯店一樣，四星級飯店的評級非常值得懷疑。唯一的優點是距離車站很近。

Hotel Caravel 距離加爾巴特拉火車站 (Stazione Garbatella) 僅幾個街區。工作人員會說西班牙語、英語和義大利語（可能還會說其他語言）。我很高興和父親一起在卡拉維爾酒店住了七天，酒店非常樂意滿足他的需求（例如保管他的筆記型電腦，並為他提供電熱水壺，以便晚上泡茶）。他們還提供電源插頭轉接器，並提供第三方洗衣服務。飯店設有無障礙坡道，場地設有服飾店、酒吧、早餐吧和餐廳。自助早餐種類豐富，其中一些是自製的。 我希望下次訪問羅馬時能和他們住在一起。這張照片裡是我最喜歡的早餐（我幾乎每天都吃）。

Hotel muy bien ubicado,a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de Santa María la Mayor,al lado de la estación de autobuses de Termini...en fin,en pleno centro histórico. El personal muy agradable y habitación reformada. Aconsejable.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

酒店的位置極佳，是罗马许願泉的傍邊，而且很近購物中心区，但他们地处陜窄的后街，而且房间不在同一个建築物而是在50多米的另一个建築物的顶楼。行李要在不平坦的路上被拖行十分傷箱子。住的楼是很旧的建築物，升降机超小只能容納兩人，而且如果某層沒有把门关好，升降机不会动，分分鈡要爬5層楼梯。房间还可以但洗澡的水溫很难控制，洗澡时要吗太燙，要吗太冷。房间有螞蟻，早一晩買回的旦糕报废了，更糟糕的是熱水壺煮的水有很多沉積物，两天沒有熱水喝。前台服务态很一般。花了兩千多元住了两晩，完全是踩雷。絕不推薦。

Our stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome. Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights. The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom. Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows. Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other. We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request. As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee. Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial. House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without. Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.
