房間一塵不染,角落淋浴和廁所也一塵不染。很容易找到酒店充足的停車場 - 從滑雪回來後,在中途停留非常方便。交通耽誤了我們,所以在毗鄰餐廳的用餐比計劃的時間晚到了,這也很棒。早餐質量很好-很多選擇(但沒有marmite😂)

Je peux que confirmer l'avis précédent car j'y étais en famille le même week-end, j'ai d'ailleurs assisté à l'arrivée du groupe de jeune filles... presque tout à été dit ( barbecues entre personnel, amabilité inexistante du personnel en plus du taux d'alcool élevéen fin de soirée, propreté des lieux) à ça je rajoutait: aucun port de masque du personnel malgré toutes les affiches pour obliger les clients à en porter un, distributeur de boisson en panne alors que l'on avait 40 degrés dans les chambres, réservation faite pour 2 chambres mais on a en une qu'une pour 4 personnes et un chien ( je vous laisse imaginer la nuit) petit déjeuner très limite même en prison ils sont miens servi... A notre arrivée 15h et après avoir attendu 15 minutes à l'accueil on découvre les restes de petit déjeuner du matin sur la table !!!!! Lieu à éviter !!!

Rooms are a bit small and simple taking into account of the room rate, but everything you need is in place. Parking is free and Beaune centre is only 5 minutes walk away. Staffs were exceptionally warm and welcoming, i got difficulty in getting the EV Charger working, a staff went out with me to the spot in a very warm manner and helped me thru until charging got started, merci Anais. The breakfast was good too. Will come back next time.

Abbiamo cercato un Hotel al centro di Beaune ed abbiamo trovato quello perfetto; pulito,con parcheggio,con tutti i confort vicino ai posti principali raggiungibili a piedi. Anche se abbiamo trovato dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso,non hanno intralciato con il nostro soggiorno. Il letto comodo,nel bagno molto pulito una bellissima doccia grande! Mi è piaciuto sulla scrivania la numerazione della guida tv dei canali di ogni nazione. Caffè The bollitore,l’unico difetto che ho trovato è stato il piumone nel letto,nel mese di luglio era un po’eccessivo. All’entrata si potevano assaggiare dei piccoli croissant al cioccolato.. siamo stati bene,lo consiglio!

完美多天的家裏住。的淨。很心的接待員。只是不適合房間的桌子和子吃飯,小孩子。不然沒說不錯。

Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle malgré petite taille. Matelas très très (trop) ferme et climatisation très bruyante. De plus une odeur d'humidité très forte plus remontée d'égouts très incommodants pour dormir, et tout notre linge imprégné de cette odeur. Dommage, car le personnel est très gentil. Mais je n'y retournerai pas malgré prix très correct

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very light and airy (I enjoyed a window that I could open with a view of the valley). Lovely bathroom, spacious tub with a shower (request a tub rug so you don't slip on the surface), soft towels and robes (although they're made for thin guests - I recommend to the hotel they stock some robes that are roomier). The hotel offers a warm and inviting area for drinks from the well-stocked bar and the staff, from the front desk, the concierge, and the bartender are all very friendly and at all times, helpful. Upon my departure, the concierge explained to the cab driver that I would need help getting my luggage up to the platform at the Beaune train station. The drive from the hotel to the train station is approximately ten minutes. The restaurant offers a wonderful array of breakfast items. Hot and cold, including delicious croissants and homemade breads to toast. Regarding the adjacent spa, it pains me to write, I was terribly disappointed in the massage I received upon my arrival. If you are accustomed to a spa that with showers and all the amenities that a five star hotel would normally offer, do not book this spa. My masseuse did not speak English. It took ten minutes for her to understand that I didn't want the table heated. Other than this disappointing experience, the hotel was excellent and I would return. The Michelin star restaurant, Clos du Cedre, also adjacent to the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

Modern hotel, spacious, clean and tidy. Very friendly and service-orientated staff: by the way, that also understands and speaks English if your French is insufficient or absent at all. Breakfast was ok, but average. What was lacking is an instruction joe the machine that boils eggs works. Parking place is perfect.

This is a spa hotel, with prices to match. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room of a good standard. We stayed over a weekend (Saturday, Sunday nights, so the spa was busy- They have memberships for people that are not staying in the hotel, however, this cleared later on the Saturday afternoon. Good sized pool. The main restaurant was closed on our second night, so ate in their bistro- Surprised to find it was exactly the same menu at a considerably lower price. Whilst I accept the atmosphere and service reflected the difference between the two rooms, I did feel short changed by the experience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat inexperienced, but no real complaint- I accept that it is difficult to get staff anywhere at the moment. There are Electric Vehicle charging points (I saw 2), and welcomed that they were free. I estimated the charging at 3.5 KW/h. As I have a plug-in Hybrid, this was fine, but if you had a full EV, I think it would be a struggle to get a full charge. I noted there was always cars using the chargers while we were there.

We checked in yesterday (02 Jan 2024) for 2 nights stay. The hotel seems to be fanciful but breakfast is priced very expensively at 21€. We wanted to try this new concept of the Accor group anyway so why not? The room was in general clean but to my horror, upon lifting up the toilet bowl cover, I was greeted with a toilet bowl full of yellowish piss that had not been flushed away. That meant that the toilet was never ever cleaned before releasing for next guest.. or the housekeeping took a convenient piss before leaving and forgetting to flush. Anyway, it could be a genuine mistake so let's not make a fuss at this moment. But I was disappointed to see that there was hardly any amenities in the room. No tea or coffee bags with water boiler. There was only a packet of drinking water in the minibar. It turned out that the water was not even replenished the next day. What was funny: there is a sticker on the minibar door that indicates vending machine available on ground floor. But it could not be found. When we asked the receptionist, we were told that the vending machine is still yet to be installed ??!?!? And suggested to us to go to their restaurant bar to order water or drinks instead. No way ! I am not going to pay for pricey drinking water or tea from their restaurant. Not mentioning that the service charge we will have to pay for getting drinking water there. For a hotel at this tariff, I expected at least to have the basic water, teabags and coffee bags available and replenished! At least most of the basic hotels in France offer this. Some hotels would even offered a coffee machine with capsules. It makes us started to look around the room with a more critical eye. Indeed not only drinking water and basic beverages are not offered. There was only a small bar of handsoap and a miserable piece of body soap placed in the shower to be shared by two occupants of the room. Not only that, the next day after housekeeping, the body soap was not replenished at all. We came back into the room to see the previous bar of soap lying there miserably. This is not what we expected from an Accor hotel which is usually a brand we feel confident in. Mama Shelter tries to be hip and fanciful in their loud decor but in real fact is lacking in hospitality by trying their best to save up whatever they can from the basic necessities (soap, drinking water...) Definitely I will not ever stay in this chain ever again. I sincerely hope Accor group will review and see if it fits their usual standards, because I surely don't think so.

Stayed overnight with Middletons Tours, which included a simple set dinner, all well prepared and tasty. Large Room attractively decorated had the biggest bed I've slept in, in a long time.No outside noise, despite facing a traffic island. Good breakfast choice in the restaurant. Only downside was a constant buzzing (told it was kitchen fans?) but it was the extractor fan in the loo running constantly, only stopped when room 'key' was removed, disabling the electrics!

Lovely hotel and had the potential to be stunning, but was just a little tired and unkempt. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant staff were a little over worked in the evening, so could of done with another set of hands. Fantastic food and breakfast. Room was generous in size, but just a little tired and needed a revamp. Cannot fault the cleanliness of the room, though bed was a little harder than I’m used to. Courtyards were lovely, though a little unkempt. Great location being only a couple of minutes walk from the main square, with lots of nice bars, historical buildings and plenty of shops, should you to buy anything. Secure car park right opposite the entrance to the hotel for overnight parking.

Really well appointed hotel,very modern.It’s situated north of Dijon which seems a bit out of the way on first impression but there is a cheap and regular tram service the T2 and the stop Pole Sante a few minutes from the hotel and there is the Toison d’ Or ,a vast shopping complex with everything under one roof,which is a 15/20minute walk or few minutes drive away.The rooms are very good,we had 106 on the first floor,maybe needs a few more electrical sockets,but the facilities in the room are very good,we have say a big thanks to the receptionist on duty when we turned up at lunch time and asked if our room was ready(The check in time is 4.00pm).She was very helpful and said she will attempt to get our room ready asap,possibly around 2.00pm,so we walked over to the shopping complex,again thanks to her for the directions,to kill time and we were glad we did,it’s got a food court so finding lunch was easy.She also advised us about the tram details,where to catch it etc.She really went out of her way to help us. There is a secure gated car park accessed by a code given at reception. We will certainly return when we are in the area but this time stick to the 4.00pm check in! This is one of the best Kyriads,not far behind the one in Troyes.

Hôtel bien situé près de la gare , voici sa principale qualité . Pour le reste : - Très mal isolé , le bruit du tram est infernal et l’hôtel tremble littéralement lors du passage de ce dernier - l’es chambres sont modernes et propres mais il y a une odeur de vieux et renfermé dans tout l’hôtel - le petit déjeuner très moyen , peu de choix , les croissants sont durs Bref j’ai passé une mauvaise nuit

短暫停留的位置，購物1晚。我感謝免費停車。但是，房間的地毯上有些陳舊，浴室裏也有一些差異，例如水龍頭上的青檸等等。例如，房間裏有一台咖啡機，但是您必須向接待處詢問膠囊和洗漱用品，否則，這家四星級酒店已經可以買到。我不會再呆在那裡。結論：可以，但現在不行了。
