由於政府可怕的新冠政策暫停了幾個月後再次開放。酒店狀態仍然不錯,優雅柔和。位置不是步行的最佳選擇 - 德班是一個危險的城市,酒店不在海灘上。服務是一流的,餐廳在昂貴的一邊,但不令人震驚。房間很可愛,優雅但不奢侈。

非常棒的酒店，像個公寓式酒店，就在德班海邊，吃早飯的時候吹着海風非常舒適。早餐種類豐富。缺點是房間裏空調聲音比較大，睡覺的時候我不得已關了空調，另外做好會間歇性停電的心理準備。

Before I arrived in Durban, I was always told about how dangerous the place can be. I don’t felt anything dangerous during my time. The hotel property are guarded with spike on the floor to prevent car from force entry. Entry and exit of the property, the driver are required to produce identity both in and out. I guess this all actions made us feels safe. We have a driver whom drove of to a nearby 4-6 minutes Nandos to buy takeaway. So can’t comment on the safety of the trip.
That’s a hourly rate car rental CLIQ which I believe you can prearrange to pick up on the hotel itself. Hotel does provide some tour packages. And if you need to leave your hotel early and unable to have breakfast, they can prepack for you and by far, it’s the most sumptuous packet breakfast I’ve ever received of the 80+ countries I’ve visited! Their service is good as well!

I wish the hotel allowed for a later checkout. Anyways, what a great stay and I always come back here for the beakfast!!! It’s always soooo yummm and the service excellent to. Thank you for the great service as always

This is the one of the best hotel of my trip in SA. The swimming pool is amazing and fantastic. The view is also very well.
I stayed in South Africa for 1 month and stayed in 10 different hotels. This one is really imprrssive. And I have view the best moon in my lives. I think I am even willing to cross half of the earth to stay there again. The room is not bad. But the disadvantage is the attitude of the receptionist and the professionalism of the restaurant staff are not good enough. Delayed the hotel's progress.

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall.
The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though.
Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late.
We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets.
Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP.
I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon.
One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients
I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments.
The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

CChris92This hotel still has a great reputation in the market. However, some of the service is lacking a little. My pants were not returned after laundry. However, they were quick to resolve the issue and sent my pants by express to my next destination in Cape Town. This is one of the best hotels Durban has to offer.

訪訪客用戶The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

我特別預訂了這家BnB,因爲它廣告說它有機場班車。然而,我失望地得知,實際上BnB本身並沒有這樣做他們叫班車服務,收費荒謬R600,乘坐20分鐘到機場!

訪訪客用戶We arrived late and had some trouble getting in the gate but as soon as I emailed and my husband honked the gates opened. We were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. Was a beautiful home and we were in a double room for me my husband my step daughter her fiancé and one year old daughter so a bit squishy but slept the night very well in comfy beds. We had to leave early and they let me use their kitchen to make smoothies for my husband and I. My step daughter and her little family stayed for the breakfast which they enjoyed, very sweet little dining room, lovely communal areas to gather in. We found ourselves the only ones using these. Would be very happy to return if ever passing through the bay again.
