酒店設施普通，還使用老式的窗下空調，噪音一直不小，窗户全部焊死，不能開小縫透氣，床墊有年頭了，有明星的凹陷感，洗澡水依然温暖充足。電視沒有免費節目。早餐自助15刀，我沒吃，我買了牛奶（3.5刀一加侖）和橙汁（7刀一加侖）放在冷藏箱裏。前台有一半是黑人，客房打掃應該是南美洲人。停車場車位充足。靠近集貿區 ，購物方便，最喜歡MASHALL。

酒店位置非常好 房間中規中矩，設施設備都還可以，步行5分鐘就可以到達brunch店。距離學校和公交站都非常近。適合家長領取參加孩子的畢業典禮。酒店隔音好。就是房間的空調啟動聲音大

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

酒店前台帥哥服務態度好，耐心周到，接送機的司機大哥敬業和氣，早上5點的飛機，4:50前就在門口等着了，還問我是哪個航空公司的，並把我送到了航空公裏託運行李的對應門口。

這是第二次入住。仍然像上次一樣滿意，不過最後退房的時候，一分鐘也沒讓我們延遲，估計是房間太緊張了唯一覺得不太合適的是他們的酒店價格變化的浮動太大。忘了拍照片，衹好用他們周圍環境的照片作為補充了。

LLuvmarley這是我第二次住在這裏,我有一隻服務狗,是歐空局,我在預訂時通知了酒店。上週末住過,入住的時候,沒有任何工作人員和我有一個ESA住在那裏,沒有任何問題,我只和夜班經理發生了一起事件,抱怨狗在酒店。這是我在去餐廳吃飯的路上。主人和服務器對狗在那裏沒有任何問題,他們評論說她實際上比許多來食物的小孩表現得更出色。我兩次在游泳時,在游泳池區附近有狗,當我在熱水浴缸時,工作人員沒有問題。然而,下次我入住時,他們不會讓我在泳池區帶狗。然後他們最終把我踢出酒店,因爲我不會離開游泳池,因爲我覺得這是不公正的,因爲狗沒有打擾任何人。此外,她不能獨自呆在房間裏,因爲她會哭和叫,這將困擾我們的鄰居。我也不會把她留在車裏。基本上,因爲我的歐空局狗,一個14磅的龐斯基,我被踢出酒店晚上10:30在3名警察護送下週六,沒有地方呆。我不得不在朋友的沙發上睡幾個小時,第二天再找另一個地方住,除了我的歐空局狗沒有任何問題。由於這次可怕的經歷,我不會再住這個度假村了。

訪訪客用戶Our stay was short because we were just in town for a wedding, but you get what you pay for. Especially for only 62$ a night. It was decent cleanliness, i mainly marked it down because we found and killed 3 bugs, which bugs are like my worst enemy. We checked for bed bugs, there weren’t any. we also marked it down because of the little smell that wasn’t quite right and on one of the bed sheets there was a brown stain. a tip for the staff if they are reading this, the plug in wall scent thing needs to go upright, you put it upside down and it leaked all over the nightstand! Also to maybe even the owner, bug traps are so cheap, just some sticky ones behind the fridge and dressers would do you wonders. It would prevent from your customers having to see the bugs as well as having to kill them. The amenities are marked low because the pool was closed, and the restaurant that’s attached seems to not be in business. there was no signs that we could see saying that the business was closed but it looked that way.
The location is good, 10 minutes away from downtown! it’s a little bit of a rural area but it worked well for us as the wedding venue was only 10 minutes away.
So any future customers, if you are expecting a holiday inn or better, you aren’t gonna get it! This feels more like a mix between motel 6 and a super 8. Lower your expectations if you come here. it’s a doable place for a cheap stay.

First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

訪訪客用戶我和成年的兒子週末不得不前往萊茵蘭德參加葬禮。還有一個體育大會正在進行,所以所有的酒店都非常昂貴,包括鵝卵石。一旦我克服了價格衝擊,我們非常喜歡這家酒店。這是新的,很乾淨,牀很舒服。我們有一個房間,有2張大牀,加上另一個帶部分沙發和另一台電視的區域。我認爲任何有小孩的團體都會喜歡那個房間,電視頻道迎合孩子們!我們不明白電視遙控器是怎麼工作的,所以打電話給前台時,一個非常愉快的年輕女人上來給我們看它是如何工作的。雖然那很美妙,但我想電視打印的指示會奏效,節省了他們一些時間!早餐不錯....火藥炒雞蛋,但很多其他聲音跟它一起去。隔壁有家庭餐廳,但只開放早餐和午餐,我一定會再住那裏!

CChoua前台人不見了,服務也沒有鈴聲,我們等了10多分鐘,才有客房服務員過來幫我們。入住過程很痛苦,我在網上用trips.com預付了2間房,前台接待一直堅持房間沒付,我的信用卡被拒了,只好用付費收據和預訂確認的郵件拉上來。酒店還是堅持要我打電話trips.com把資金分配給酒店,我過去2年亞洲旅遊用trips.com預訂,從來沒有這樣的經歷,和德爾塔酒店在一起很煩人很怪異的入住過程。

訪訪客This hotel definitely was not the cleanest. Also not sure if there was a huge party booked here but the halls were full of unsupervised children spilling ice all over and red drinks on the floor. The pool area was trashed from the big group. Nothing was cleaned up from the day before by the next morning. The shower head was gross-so much buildup of all colors. The couch looked like it could have been wiped down at least. On the plus side, the gentleman at the front desk for check in was very pleasant, and the bed was comfortable.
