The air conditioning was out, but they were able to refund our money. They allowed us to view the room first. I am glad we did. There was a strange odor in the room due to poor circulation in the room.

旅行的中轉站睡一覺還是很不錯的！酒店很新，床品很舒服，是萬豪的品質。酒店停車22刀每天，但是對麪停車樓衹要六刀，他們一般會推薦客人停斜對麪。我退房的時候是早上六點，天還沒亮，一個女生要去斜對麪停車樓那拿車，酒店還派了個保安陪我走過去看到我上車保證我的安全！他說Toledo是小底特律，有的地方治安不是太好！所以他們要陪我走去拿車！太好的酒店了吧

超預期，850不到的價格訂到的，含早。酒店很新，環境安靜，在一個大學的分部旁邊。5分鐘就是一個小小的社區中心，有各種restaurant還有Walmart。
暖氣足，熱水足，反應快。早餐是menu的，每人一份，足夠。
總體真的非常棒

它位於美麗的河邊。它後面有一個瀑布,從瀑布廣場步行即可到達,那裏有多個酒吧和餐廳。酒店不錯,有漂亮的西裝。公共區域,陽台很漂亮。有一個餐廳,可以看到美麗的河景。整個酒店都很漂亮,套房很寬敞。

酒店位置不錯。大堂華麗。但房間景色不好👎在克利夫蘭市區酒店實屬墊底。前台和其他家相比也不夠大方，連瓶水都$4/一瓶。房間內設施現代。

訪訪客Do NOT stay at this hotel unless you can survive in a room that is not at all soundproof! I booked a queen suite with separate sitting room for my daughter and I. We wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay for a 3 day weekend and the reviews for this place were excellent.
First let me list the nice things about the property:
1. It is a full blown conference center with a huge, well maintained and manicured landscape.
2. The outdoor spaces are lovely, including the outdoor pool area.
3. The location is very close to Columbus and to the uber wealthy city of Powell.
4. A gorgeous county park with loads of picnic areas and walking trails is located directly across the street from the conference center.
Now for the negatives:
1. No soundproofing!!! We could hear every word of conversations that took place in the room next door. But the most disturbing thing is that we couldn’t sleep because of noise from the room overhead. My daughter contacted the front desk in the early evening of our first night’s stay asking them to call the guests above us with a “gentle reminder” to avoid heavy walking. She was told that the request could not be made until after the 10 pm quiet time. We had a brown noise machine running at top volume for the entire night, but even that didn’t block the heavy footfalls from above. The constant sound of people walking (it sounded like elephants) continued the next morning which forced us out of our room. (We payed extra for a suite with a separate sitting area so that we could relax outside of the bedroom, but couldn’t take advantage of it because of the noise). My daughter ended up sleeping on a couch at a friend’s house the second night because she was so sleep deprived. However, I returned to the hotel which was a huge mistake! When I turned out the lights at 11 pm, things were quiet, but at 11:30 pm the stomping family returned. The noise of the footfalls and then squeaking floors woke me up at 11:30 pm, 3:30 am and 5:45 am. I finally got out of bed at 6 am, walked to the lobby in my pajamas, and told the staff that I couldn’t stay in this place another night. I must have looked a fright, because the agent immediately canceled the final night of our reservation with no questions asked. Just to be clear, I don’t think that the family above us was intentionally loud. I think that they had absolutely no idea that their movements were creating such a disturbance.
2. Despite the fact that the lovely county park is directly across the street, it’s incredibly difficult to access the park entrance as a pedestrian. There is a single pedestrian crosswalk at the southwest corner of the conference center, but there are no sidewalks that connect to the crosswalk. Walkers are forced to either walk along a very busy road with no shoulder, or walk on the grass for about 1/2 mile to get from the hotel parking lot to the crosswalk. I find it incredibly surprising that Nationwide didn’t consider putting in sidewalks to make access to the park more accessible and safe for pedestrians.
3. Be forewarned that the conference center includes facilities that cater to weddings, so if you stay here on a weekend, be prepared for lots of outdoor evening activities.
No one should have to pay $200/night to stay in a room that isn’t conducive to sleep!!!

不過等的時候,其他幾個客人到了,馬上入住了,很清楚房間都有,讓情況感覺不公平。
後來,我再次與正在辦理入住的同一位客人走近桌子,說我今天預訂了,前台接待員表現得好像什麼都沒發生,看上去明顯很生氣。
在辦理入住時,她試圖再次爲預訂收取我的卡,儘管我的預訂已經在網上全額支付。當我看到金額並詢問它是什麼時,她無法清楚地解釋。我不得不再次告訴她,預訂已經付了。
然後兩位接待員開始檢查系統,在其他客人面前顯得惱怒和緊張。最後他們解釋說每天有50美元的保證金,我完全理解並同意。
然而,他們試圖再次收取錯誤的金額,我不得不再次質疑,然後他們最終糾正了正確的存款金額。
總體來說,情況非常不舒服,不專業。首先,我被告知要等到下午4點,而其他客人則被辦理入住,然後我不得不處理從一開始就應該清楚的收費混亂。
酒店設施不錯,但前台服務很失望,需要改進。

GGregH整体住宿很棒。预订住宿周年纪念日。屋顶酒吧在本赛季余下时间关闭，考虑到这是我们选择这家酒店的主要原因，这令人失望。奇怪的是淋浴压力是彻头彻尾的痛苦。然而，服务和工作人员都很棒而且很友好！

訪訪客用戶酒店位於市中心,到我們想參觀的所有景點。雖然停車場不對,但它在步行一小段路程到酒店的一個有蓋的停車場,費用包含在我們的住宿中!前廳看起來很新,乾淨閃亮。前台工作人員熱情,友好,樂於助人。酒店房間很乾淨,適合我們2個人,並配備了您通常期望的設施。我們有一張特大牀,很舒服,雖然枕頭相當柔軟,儘管我們每個人都有兩個枕頭,我們可以用1或2個枕頭來更舒適。
包括的自助早餐做得很好,因爲我們吃食肉飲食,對我們來說有很多選擇。咖啡是很好的,就像你在星巴克一樣。我不知道她的名字,但保持自助餐滿滿的工作人員絕對是我見過的最努力的工作個人之一。她很友好,包容和卓越,酒店應該適當獎勵她。
我們住宿的唯一缺點是,在那裏的第二天,我們在觀光後的第二天晚些時候返回,我們的房間沒有客房服務。我打電話給前台,入住我們的工作人員告訴我,他們忘記告訴我們,客房服務只是隔天。工作人員確實爲我們提供了額外的毛巾,但是牀被翻了,用過的毛巾被帶走了,這將是很好的。

KKJBoyd工作人員非常好,入住沒有按計劃進行,非常抱歉。酒店非常安靜,即使我們被告知他們賣完了,也沒有感到擁擠。這些都是我們入住的好部分。不好的部分:我們的房間有黴味,但花了我們一點時間才發現原因。我女兒脫了鞋子走到窗邊和空調機組的牀上。我們認爲只是被染色的地毯被從單位滴水溼溼的傷口。地板飽和了,當我們走在地板上時,它確實會產生一種刺耳的噪音。去接電話給前台打電話,沒有撥號音,查了接線發現除了很清楚死掉沒發現什麼毛病,我們走到前台。前台小姐姐道歉很,了分才我們另一個房過夜,她解說,他們完全了,沒有其他我們。我們回到房間休息,因爲我們在15個小時的公路旅行中,已經晚上11點後了。我們整晚都在聽空調裝置滴在地板上。早上去洗澡,完全沒有熱水,水到室溫左右,那就到的遠了。總而言之,不是很棒的體驗,但工作人員很有禮貌,道歉。

SSinead McdonnellEasy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
