Holiday Inn 哥倫布DWTN國會廣場

Very nice, though a bit dated. The hotel was an easy walk to Nationwide Arena, which was our ultimate destination. Very close to the majority of breweries, restaurants and night life in the "Arena District ". About a 10-15 walk. The employees at the hotel were all extremely nice and helpful. Only complaint was that the room we were in, which I am sure is the same as others, had no updated plugs for charging phones. While that was inconvenient it wasn't a deal breaker in my mind. Good parking($12) and a safe area to be in.

조금은 낡었지만 그래도 만족합니다. 시내에 있어서 어디를 다니기에도 충분히 좋았습니다. 다음에 가도 또 이용할 듯 합니다

Отель удачно расположен. В нем чисто и уютно, правда, почему-то очень холодно в номере летом. Цена адекватная. Завтраки за дополнительную плату.

Good experience

1. The front desk staff was very accommodating and patient. However, our body soap was empty and when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill it or give us new washcloths. The fan was broken in our bathroom. At some point our room key didn’t work and when I went to the front desk to get it replaced there was another customer at the desk with the same issue. Again, the amazing staff resolved this issue quickly. Lastly I saw a bug( roach?) in our bathroom both nights. We were on a very high floor so they didn’t just crawl in from the outside. The company needs to invest in hiring more staff and extermination.

This? This is a Holiday Inn? I felt like Blanche DuBois arriving at Elysian Fields. I've always associated the brand with clean, bright, cheerful vibes, that big sparkling sign when we were kids. This place has seen better days. Once I made it past the less than engaged guy at the front desk, I went upstairs to my room to unpack, and to use the bathroom, which to my horror refused to flush! Bad scene. No water in the tank. Huh? The maintenance guy showed up, I fiddled with the water supply knob. It flushed for him of course. Morning of check out it was back to not flushing. Weird. And they know there's a problem, but they keep letting the room. Weird. I got a discount. But still, non flushing toilet at a Holiday Inn is not acceptable.
