在美國阿拉斯加州，設有酒吧的飯店

飯店非常乾淨，地點便利，旁邊有自行車出租店，而且遊覽該地區非常便宜。湖也很漂亮。

I was pretty disgusted to see the N word written in dust on the window in our suite. The food was overpriced and was definitely nothing special. Didn't matter after dinner though; there's no microwave to reheat left overs, and with how cold our room was, our food got cold and hard pretty fast. The wallpaper is coming off the wall, the hooks are coming out of the wall, we had the heat on friday-sunday but could never get it up past 68 degrees despite it being on for days. The water got shut off while we were there, parking was crowded/limited. We booked a room for 5, only to be put in a room with only 2 beds and told they couldn't provide us with a cot because of fire hazards; after complaining that I'm not putting my child on the very used/old carpet, they upgraded our room to include a couch for my 3rd child. The pool required a reservation but they didn't check reservations and the pool was over crowded. I was REALLY uncomfortable with how secluded I was from everyone when going to the locker room... it felt like the perfect spot for someone to catch a woman or child off guard. Everything is very old or outdated or broken in one way or another, and everything was VERY overpriced. If they want to claim they're a resort and charge resort prices, they need to start looking like a resort. Next time we need a weekend getaway, we'll be going to Denali instead!

The location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. The fan is very old and noisy. When the next door room using shower/toliet you can hear clearly. All the towels/sheets should be for many years without change, small,hard and in dirty colour. The back door has no lock, using a wooden stick instead. The cleaners and front desk are untrained, they gave us a wrong instruction to our tour and ended up we missed it. When we asked for a room service to a cleaner, 2 managers came in and asked why we needed a room service(we only need to have a new towels and get rubbish removed). We were charged $44 for a luggage transfer fees when we check out( we’re not told when we checked in).Compared with other hotels at this area, the price is much higher. Princess lodge cross road is a much better choice but it was full when we booked it

入住華美達是一個4/5,有提前入住,員工很好,很支持。位置近,離市中心步行。每個遊覽點從酒店步行即可到達。 不給5/5的唯一原因就是 1.房間電話不工作 2.淋浴的溫度控制,如果我們的房間不工作,儘管他們確實提供了備用房間只是爲了淋浴 我會推薦這家酒店,因爲它靠近市中心,工作人員特別友好

乾淨舒適。很棒的牀和枕頭。淋浴和洗髮水,肥皂等水壓不錯,非常好。班車服務和司機都很棒。班車真的幫助我們到達了我們需要的地方,準時,因爲位置離市中心幾英里。我們的司機哥倫比亞,太棒了!現場的餐館很好。非常體面的住宿地點。在該地區會再次入住。

前台服務生非常熱情，熱心為我們介紹感興趣的相關訊息，我們衹是問了一下房間櫃門的事情，小姐姐就親自上樓來查驗櫃門情況，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。房間很大，一層的公共空間也很大，方便客人休息。荷美郵輪乘客入住較多，有種祥和、悠閑、高雅的氛圍。酒店位置很好，購物加油都很方便。一次非常好的入住體驗。

酒店位於博物館旁邊位置方便，步行至Downtown大概10分鐘左右，也很近商場和不同餐廳。 酒店預訂酒店時連同早餐，可惜就餐選擇不多只有幾款。但餐廳服務員很好。 酒店前台服務員態度也是很一般，好像𣎴想回應。 三間房間都有問題，一係冇沖涼用品，一係房燈壞咗。 最後一晚酒店完全停電。酒店完全沒有什麼表示可以為客人做到，只是叫我們回房間。 退款這方便也是我自己和C Trip.com這邊聯繫才提供。
