服務很熱情，但是很符合傳統英國酒店的特點，沒有洗漱用品、沒有拖鞋。酒店位於市中心區域，距離英國度假勝地St Ives 的Cornwall 非常近，坐火車大概倆小時就能到達。酒店距離車站需要步行15分鐘，建議入住時讓前台給你一個較高的樓層，ground floor是酒吧，對於習慣早睡的人來説可能前半夜會有點兒吵鬧。 早餐是傳統的英式早餐，煎蛋、炒蛋、煎番茄、培根、吐司麪包、全麥麪包、黃油、各種應季水果、各種果汁、咖啡、英式早茶。進店後再購買早餐便宜，一天早餐自助是10英鎊

基本上想離開,但不喜歡氛圍,所以就走了。但是,工作人員很棒,房間很乾淨,想走的時候也能離開。還有現場音樂,音樂家不錯。有很好的舞池。

我們發現在這家酒店住宿很方便,就在M5高速公路旁,就像一個單獨的公寓,我們可以停在我們酒店房間外面,都是地面水平。,房間乾淨整潔有電視,牀很舒服,有額外的枕頭和暖氣。, 他們在門廳裏有更多的廁所,包括早餐,價格真的是一流的。

Second time staying at this hotel- bed is comfortable, clean, room is quiet, during low season is really good value for money. Lovely hotel overall! Parking for 24 hours is £15.

29/04/2025. We have been to the cliffden hotel three times and had a club room on the first floor they were nice large rooms but this time we were on the second floor our room was very small and claustrophobic nothing like the photos in the booking . We asked for a different room and the man at reception said see me tomorrow morning and if there's a larger room you can have it. Later on in the day my partner went to reception to book a table for an evening meal for us. While she was booking the table the lady at the reception said there were no other rooms you can have. The barman was very polite nice to chat to. We only had one meal in the evening cod and chips could not find much cod it was all batter. Other meal gammon and chips gammon would be good to repair your soles on your shoes. Go to the local chip shop absolutely beautiful. We used the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. The gardens are lovely, and the beer is very expensive. Go to the jolly sailor pub with drinks at good prices. Reception is not very helpful. I can't understand why the hotel puts people with dogs on the second floor because when the dog wants to go to the toilet by the time you get down to the entrance the dog has already peed on the carpets. Luckily our dog can hold her pee and she is small enough to carry.I have followed other people with their dogs and seen it. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay this time.
