丹吉爾公寓

The hotel is perfectly located, just across from the train/TGV station, taxis, near the beautiful Tangier beach, top restaurants, shopping and more. Many if not all people and hotel staff at the Hilton Tangier city Center made our stay so comfortable. Nada and Sara at the front desk, Radia, Hafsa, Ilham, Youssra, Youssra, Siham, Meriam, Majda, Kawtar, Mansour, Abdallah, and Mohammad, at breakfast; and Bilal at concierge, Omar at the executive club, and Ferdous and Houda at housekeeping, and Omaima for the great cleaning and maintenance of the public areas. There are probably a few other names that I forgot but everyone at the Hilton Tanger City Center did an exceptional job and provided great services.

酒店很好！床品舒適，位置方便，在火車站邊上。衹是前台工作速度很慢，幾乎每天前台都排長隊，電梯不僅慢也小，一直在排隊等待。丹吉爾打車太難了，每天都要走幾公里，酒店門口打不到車的話，可以去火車站的打車。從酒店預約了去3公裡外丹吉爾港口的車，居然需要23歐元，酒店約車太貴了！我從港口過來的時候衹需要6歐。

Très belle expérience. J'ai été enchanté par l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et la propreté impeccable de l'hôtel. Le service attentionné a rendu mon séjour très agréable.

The perfect location in Tangier. The staff will treat you like princes and princesses. Everything was just perfect. The room was spacious. I slept so well during these 3 nights. Loved it. A massive thanks to Othman, the reception Manager and his team. Highly highly recommended

I was welcomed very friendly by Hotelmanager Omar el B. I got this beautiful room with panoramic view of Tangiers and at the other side the swimming Pool. He goes far for his guests and speaks fluent Arabic, French and English. The hotel is tot a Golden Tulip hotel anymore but the service is still great. As an example I needed a top-up prepaid card for my mobile internet services and the crew went out and bought it for me. Every time I come back from outside the doormen welcomes me and the manager is always waving at me. It’s the second time I stayed here with the same experience and in August I will come back again to this beautiful hotel with great staff, spa and swimming pool were you can chill in peace without the noice from a busy city.

Had 2 rooms for the hotel. Average room, rather old. Renovations are in progress thus maybe caused the lack of service, had to wait rather long while checking in and in comparison with other moroccan hotels, no welcome drinks or familiarisation was given. There was no rooftop access for any aerial view despite strategically located next to the wonderful beach and nearby all the main attractions of the city. Staffs were friendly though, facilities and maintenance fell short for that last star.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice given the price point, courteous/helpful staff, and a great location near the train station. Also, we really enjoyed the tasty breakfast with nice options. The pool was disappointing. First of all, the water was ice cold. There were no towels anywhere near the pool area. In addition, we got ”locked in” to the pool area as the door we came in through locked. It took about 10 minutes for someone in the staff to notice and open the door again. Funny thing is that the door locked again afterwards and left some other guests stranded by the pool. We would stay again even with the issues with the pool.

We stayed here for a week- it was a most wonderful experience. The hotel is amazing, superb terrace views of Tangiers and the bay, beautiful grounds and environment. The staff are lovely, very helpful nothing is too much for them. We had a superior double room. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. The food was good, we had half board, breakfast was substantial and the evening meal- which we took in the Piano Bar was very good. All in all a fabulous week- thank you to the staff of the Grand Hotel Villa de France you were fantastic!👍
