位置非常棒 盧塞恩車站出口即到 到老城 城牆 教堂 碼頭都非常方便 Migros 星巴克以及餐飲選擇眾多 木地板隔音很差 咯吱的響 這次給的是連間家庭房 雖然中間有電子鎖 但隔壁説話 笑聲依然有影響 距離Rosengart Museum也很近 畢加索作品佔大部分 通票免費 極力推薦！

The staff were very welcoming. They gave us a free pass to use the bus and train system which came in extremely handy as the bus stop is right at the hotel. They also offered free e-bikes to use which were wonderful. We rode almost to the end of the lake. Such a beautiful ride!! The food was excellent at the restaurant and the views from our room, the lobby bar and the restaurant are stunning!! In the room, the shower does not have a door, so water splashes everywhere and they do not provide soap or body wash for the bath and they do not provide conditioner for the ladies for our hair. They also only provide water for the fist night. They also only provide limited coffee supplies and if you need more you are charged. Otherwise, it was lovely

Large stately hotel. the hotel also has residences which means less hotel guests and traffic (in a good way). i generally look for hotels with pools and saunas attached and the pool area has was beautiful was outdoor patio with view of alps and lakes. Lockers, robes and slippers provided. i had room #205 which had peekaboo view of lake and mainly a rooftop, I suspect City View rooms would be noisy with busy road in front. book lake view if possible. the front staff was lovely and very helpful. They were very accommodating in trying to sort out my room. I could have been made to move after the 1st night but to their credit - saw it was easier to keep me in the same room. restaurant and bar with outdoor seating looking out towards lake and promenade. Heavenly!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and sits right on Lake Lucerne. Everything about it is perfection. We had beautiful views of the lake from our room. Easy walking distance to all the sites Lucerne has to offer. Definitely worth it if you're looking to splurge. We will definitely be back.

On the start of our Switzerland experience we were booked into this appealing looking Hotel within easy walking distance of the Main railway station and the old town attractions. Unfortunately we suffered at night because of the proximity to certain bars that stay open all hours, and because we had to leave out windows open to try to get some coolness into the room, the partying was even louder. We thought we had some air conditioning but it turned out to be only air recirculation of some sort. Due to the heat we experienced we didn’t need the doona either and as there was no other bedding provided we had to keep *****ping the cover off the doona each day as that was all we needed to be able to sleep a bit more comfortably once the outside racket died down after 2pm on the 3 nights we stayed there. The breakfasts were very good and the room was very clean and spacious enough but if you have trouble sleeping maybe find somewhere a little further removed from that part of the city.

We stayed one night in the Hotel Luzernhof Annex. Stupidly we put my jewellery in a location in the room that we felt would be a good hiding place - it was so good we forgot about it when we departed early the next morning. Much to my dismay I didn't realise until we were in the UK awaiting our flight home. An email later, my little jewellery bag was in the safe hands of the hotel staff who went and retrieved it from our room. The lovely staff then posted it to another family member in Germany. I am so grateful for their kindness and attentiveness to our stressful (self inflicted) situation. Their honesty and quickness of action brought much comfort to me as the items held great sentimental & irreplaceable value. Thank you to all involved. The room in the annex was clean, comfortable, spacious, ideally situated and a great price. There were plenty of food options nearby. Although it had a shared bathroom, it was super clean and provided all that we needed. My sincere thanks to the Hotel Luzernhof.

是在瑞士最滿意的一家酒店,房間不大，但是乾淨，裝修也還比較新，但是他們的走廊真的好窄呀，估計歐洲地比較貴吧，哈哈。早餐還比較豐富，住了兩天,第二天遇見中國服務員，溝通方便許多，哈哈，餐廳很棒呀，晚上和老公去吃飯，氣氛很好，服務員也很友善，耐心介紹，點了一瓶不曉得什麼名字的啤酒，超級好喝。

早餐30塊一位 為了節約資源是點餐的 不限量 窗外在維修 可以看到有個路邊的小花園 房間3個人住空間很大 電動窗 歐舒丹的洗浴用品 就是前台服務人員多收了加牀的錢 雖然後來退了錢 賬單說好發郵箱的 也一直沒有收到 建議大家出門在外還是及時拿到賬單核對一下 樓下的餐廳是獨立運營的 Bamboo 網評很高 差點沒有位置 很值得一試 服務非常好

圖片都是窗外的景色。觀看盧塞恩湖美景一絕。因為這個所以評價5星。 酒店4星級，設施和國內快捷酒店差不多，房間在瑞士還算大的，陽台看湖很贊，到湖邊需要走8,9分鐘。周圍吃飯的地方比較多，公交離的還算近。 去酒店可以坐那個小纜車。早餐品種太少，30瑞郎一個人，確實便宜東西就少，是整個瑞士行程中早餐最簡單的。早餐餐廳可以看湖，還是不錯的。 酒店整體布置很不錯，讓人很喜歡，酒店服務也很好。特地提一句，酒店有擺渡車，說是衹能從酒店送到公交車站，然後乘公交車去火車站。那天司機居然直接把我們送到了火車站，感人。 盧塞恩不大，酒店位置可以，去哪裡都方便。
