湯斯維爾公寓

房間相當乾淨,總共4個燈中有2個不工作,房間黑暗而昏暗。麗莎做了她能做的事情,爲我們更換了落地燈,這是值得讚賞的。 晚上是近**,喝醉的客人試圖敲他們的卡,每兩個小時進入我們的房間。從1-5am人或說話和尖叫LOUD,你清楚地聽到人們走過,我明白這不是酒店的錯,但我確信在這個價格範圍內鎮上有更好的選擇。

酒店環境非常好，乾淨。設施完善，衞生好。酒店位置位於市中心，樓層高，風景好。酒店在Townsiville是地標，值得入住。酒店給我的印象非常好，值得期待。

Generally good, but service desk was understaffed and breakfast area is very noisy and busy.

位置離中心很近，在轉角。雖然名字叫汽車旅館，但是其實標準挺高，特別是牀上用品，有星級酒店水準。7點之後需要自己刷卡進入

lovely views and a contemporary aesthetic. lots of parking spaces. I enjoy that it's not crowded. The food was good. The Asian staff was polite and made an effort to provide a customer-focused attitude. The majority of the workers are backpackers, so they are not particularly formal—they don't smile or greet others, they just stand and talk—and the place doesn't look like a five-star hotel. There was still hair on the floor and the room was a little dusty . Nothing special, simply an overnight stay.

I booked a room with WotIf and something went wrong in the booking process. This was a day before the Pink concert, where accomodation choices were slim, and without a booking, I was facing having to sleep in my car. After calling Rydges direct, trying to find out if I had a room or not, I was blown away by the service from Jack and Hannah on the front desk, who went above and beyond to help. Both were friendly, helpful and solution focussed. They organised a room and helped sort out issues with WotIf. I am eternally grateful to have someone help sort this and couldn’t fault the service. I note, the accommodation is slightly dated, but the room was clean and comfortable, and allowed a good nights rest - what really matters. A massive thanks to Jack and co - keep smiling mate.

地點正正在沙灘the strand 黃昏日落非常之靚，去咖啡店去超級市場也很方便步行10幾分鐘就到。買齊日用所需到到黃昏坐在露台看日落，賞心悅目。 至於服務方面基本係冇嘅除咗Check In有人之外。唔好諗住好似亞太區啲酒店咁，有五星級服務 價錢方面，以1000頭來說什麼也不包括，真係因為沒有選擇才會選。

I had a wonderful stay at Seagulls Resort in Townsville. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea and Magnetic Island. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. I enjoyed the two saltwater pools, the tennis court, and the playground for the kids. The resort is also close to many attractions, such as the Strand Beach, Reef HQ Aquarium, and Townsville Mini Golf and Fun Park. I would highly recommend Seagulls Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Townsville.
