First floor bedroom has two single beds with view of wooded backyard. Full closet and dresser to hide away your clothes to make it feel like home. Attached full bath for privacy. The living room has a pull out couch for extra guests and a dining area. Have a cup of coffee rocking in a comfortable chair while watching and listening to the crackle of the wood burning fireplace of the abundance of birds! Step outside to the beautiful wooded backdrop and play some lawn games or enjoy the peaceful serenity. New deck for your outdoor entertaining. Weber grill for your bbq needs!! A few step up will bring you to the master bedroom with queen bed and and bath. Just outside the bedroom is an airy loft overlooking the living space. Master bedroom has a TV with cable and comfortable linens. There is an ironing board, iron, hair dyer and plenty of blankets to get cozy. Air conditioning and heat throughout the home. Your rental will include wifi, cable, parking, 4 proximity cards that allow you to access the Galena Territory Owners' club. This is an exclusive amenity that only can be used by Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The owners club includes and indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slides kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, wifi and outdoor playground.
