The malecon starts right outside the door - downtown is a 10 minute walk.Plazamar is a privately-owned and operated condominium within walking distance of all services; unique restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops, internet cafes, ATM machines, grocery stores, spas, water activities, gym, etc. There is abundant nightlife within a few blocks, but you'd never know it from inside the condo. Additionally it offers an office space with a desk, TV and a comfy sofa bed that can very comfortably sleep one person and may even be able to accommodate two kids. The apartment also has additional 1/2 bathroom, large kitchen with all necessary cookware, oversized living and dining rooms and a large outside desk. The apartment has WiFi internet, full size laundry room with a washer and gas dryer, heating, AC, Smart TV, large pool with jacuzzi during their stay.
