The pleasure of staying in this beautiful city was enhanced by this delightful hotel. It could not be more central. The welcome was always warm and friendly, my single room a very good size with a comfortable bed and the establishment kept at a very cosy temperature during a chilly week. The breakfast was splendid with good gluten-free provision, and over all I felt the stay was exceptional value. It was comforting and relaxing to come back here at the end of a day being a dutiful tourist!

Excellent hotel, particularly for the service of its owners/managers, who answered all our questions, recommended and booked restaurants for us. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spotless. As others have noted, the location is spectacular (we had a view of the Castello Estense), close to all the main museums and historic sites. Very highly recommded.

這個4星中間的安置好,美麗的費拉拉市裏安靜的房間,舒適的牀安排,有充足的角度,雖然房地產的植物並不顯得很大。有安全箱和足夠印的,餐廳角落你自己做(咖啡、、糖)和冰箱,也許再加一,除了第三,不會壞,我們在牀上時已經注意到了。然而,在這些嚴的冬季月裏,至少在這裏,細和溫的員工,優質早餐,有機會有咖啡或口表達和包含。寬的大廳,有沙發和寬廣的自由區,讓這個建築從大酒店的回憶,我會回來。

Hotel Best western palace inn Ferrara The hotel is located 25 minutes walking from the railway station and around 40 minutes walking from the center of the city.  There is a bus station nearby -bus nr. 6 will help you to reach the town, but is an easy pleasant path to follow to the town. Nearby there is a Lidl and Aldi supermarket. Just you exist the hotel there is a steakhouse, quite crowdy in the evening. The staff and the reception is very helpful. You will find a water machine that you can use for free to fill in your bottle. Coffee and tea will wait you in the room. The breakfast is very good. A lot of fruits, good coffee and a lot of sweets. A vegetarian also has options. The rooms are comfortable. If you do not mind the distance to the center then is definitely a good option.  On the way to the town you will find another steak house Wild west on the left- very close and on the right a all you can eat asiatic restaurant. Parking available at the hotel. Free wi Fi. City tax should be paid extra the room fee.

整體OK，酒店位置在市區，工作人員很專業和禮貌.有一點是隔音效果實在太差，樓上房間掉地上一顆硬幣都能聽得清楚，何況是關門聲，樓道的異響.還是推薦啦.

Hotel in posizione centrale e molto ben collocato per visitare anche a piedi la citta. Davvero molto bello con tendaggi e arredamente finemente scelti ma con qualche dettaglio da migliorare. Camera grande, pulita e luminosa. Colazione abbondante e varia di opzioni sia dolci che salate, purtroppo ho trovato il mio coltello sporco, e per due giorni consecutivi mi è stata data una teiera sbeccata. Personale gentile a parte una ragazza della reception che si è più dedicata con passione a mettersi lo smalto e non ha avuto molto tempo per darci informazioni come ad esempio dove avremmo trovato il salone della colazione la mattina.
