Check you bank account, they lied and said I caused a stain in the carpet when I entered the room as is. They are liars and besides the 100 hold they stole an extra 50.00. I am offended because as a professional, if I cause any damages, I am woman enough to pay and accept what I may have done. I traveled solo, there were no children with me, I didn’t eat in the room. The housekeeping staff are liars and BW stole 150.00 from me. I have stayed here several times before and never an issue. For the most part, I only sleep due to my busy schedule. I’m angry because I hate for someone to lie on me and steal from me. Beware of liars and thieves! Check your credit card and take before and after videos. Just a suggestion.

My stay here has been for a little over a month now and this morning was the WORST AND RUDEST SERVICE I have had the ENTIRE time I have been here. Everyone else has been EXTREMELY friendly and kind. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my sister whom went to pay for the room for the day. She tried to charge her over the amount of the flat rate I was given so far bc of the length of my stay and asked for an ID and she was not switching out the room. She was only paying for it. The gentleman who’s name was on the room was working. She refused to apply our flat rate discount, continued to be rude to my sister who has very bad mentally issues from other trauma. I called down to speak with her and she continued her appalling attitude. I asked not to speak to me that way bc it was very rude and disrespectful and she continued. I then asked her name and later in time, she gave me a fake name, I asked her lastname and she told me “Nunya” which means “none of your business” in sarcasm. Then asked me what my name was. I went to find out the e problem at front desk and the lady there knows I’ve been here that long and knows our room and knows of the gentleman who’s name is on the room. She continued to raise her voice as she was in the phone with the manager. When I started explaining to the manager, the front desk clerk continued to raise her voice and also answered the phone bc of a call coming in all while continuing to argue with me. After explaining to owner she found that we have been here that long and tons the lady what to do. This woman threatened to have me physically removed by the police telling me my room wasn’t under my name. With that being said, my name was on the room for the second guest. My sister was trembling for about 45 minutes after the occurrence. I made a NASTY complaint on her and I honestly hope she loses her job!!!! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! But she failed to agree with that. I was so upset that my blood pressure was high and had to take an extra half of meds. This woman clearly does not belong working with the public. I have NEVER in my 44 years of life been spoken to the way she spoke to m?(’

We've stayed here 3 times now and are happy with our stays. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet away from all of the noisy attractions. I like the parking garage and the closeness to the rooms. I don't really need all the amenities of a 5 star hotel and we have not been disappointed with any of our stays.

Exceeded expectations. Comfortable and clean and value for money. Staff were excellent, especially front of house. The night security made us, I was with my wife, feel safe and at ease. Will definitely be booking in again later in the year. 10/10!! Pass on this review to the hotels management.

Nothing much to say about this place except that is in a very poor condition, not satisfactory, dirty and disgusting. Rundown hotel from all angels. Even the front desk at the time of my check-in was in one of the rooms, might be due to some work. Too expensive what it is !! Horrible experience and DO NOT recommend to anyone. Stay elsewhere if must be in the area.

Staff is very accommodating and mattress is comfortable. Very convenient being across the street from 7Eleven for all the small things you may need like ice, toiletries, etc. Boardwalk, Sand, Ocean a block away (go ahead pack that little red wagon you won't be pulling it far). For first-timers, yes that is a separate section in the back of the room where the pullout couch and it's own separate tv sits. Don't let outside pics of Red Roof Inn dismay you -- room(s) size is great, ample parking, great location. Most of all I appreciate their no pet policy (nothing against pets, but not everyone wants them in their rooms where they sleep), and no carpet so if you are skeevy about carpet you can bring your own Swiffer and know the floors are clean by you. We had one night where kids were loud, but I didn't complain as you shouldn't try to control everything in life - also it seems like it were these teens first time at a hotel with some going outside without being afraid of what may or may not happen.

The receptionist is always hiding in the room. When we arrived we had to wait for at least five minutes before she showed up with foods in her mouth. The welcome container with water has no water but full with ice. It’s a decoration: each time we passed by the water was always used up but ice. Clean room but the vent has a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom. It made me wonder if the towels had smoke smells for a few times.

*** Happen to Ed! This hotel has gone to sh!* to the point were we had to contact lawyers for advance on how to move forward. Corporate/customer relations has not been vary helpful, tho we do have more than one complaints in. So let’s begin… I personally stayed at this location before it was an ESA and was a long term resident throughout the hotel switch and after. When it switch to ESA the manager Edward was amazing! Other guest including myself loved him. I end up moving and my family still stays at this location. ( my mom, & sister) separately. There is now a new manager. “JB”. Who has hired new staff and him along with his new staff has been extremely unprofessional, rude, stank & sh*!y to my family who stays here along with other guest & staff who was hired before he got here. Example 1- one of the managers walked into my sisters room without knocking or calling because DOWNSTAIRS ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. While her kids were in there sleeping. (You don’t let urself into a guest room like that) then gave her a hard time and blaming her for a separate room smelling Smokey. 2- a guy who stays a door down from my moms room called her a N!**$er and was yelling and screaming at the cleaning lady saying racial Slurs. When mention to front desk. They called the manager “JB” who did nothing about it. So this ****** person is still in the building living a few doors from my mom. 3- there was a mouse in my moms room and front desk was called. Manger was there and refused to give my mom traps for her room or offer a solution for her. Instead he gave her attitude she had to wait tell the following day to receive them. 4- one of the ladies that work at night has been harassing my brother and being rude to my family. She has some hate towards everyone and is not professional. She told my sister she could not get keys fixed to get back in her room after dark (when she is working) even though they stop working on her. How can you regulate when someone needs their keys fixed to get back in their room? She also calls my mom room late at night to complain about things she has no attorney over. 5- one of the other staff who has been hired by the manager has been extremely rude to all of us. He rolls his eyes, talking inappropriate, smacks his lips, and gives major attitudes and he is not only doing this to us adults he has done it to the kids as well. That is vary inappropriate. 6- my mom has been leaving complaints but it appears to go to property manager “JB” who closes complaints and not deals with them. So his upper management dose not sees these complaints and our complaints are not being resolved. Within all this mess, him along with staff have decided to show they don’t like my family and is rude as f*%!k The list goes on…. My family is here due to an domestic issue and a company has been reaching out to this hotel but the manger is none responsive to the company. This is crazy experience and there are other issues that I did no

I had an exceptional stay at this extended stay hotel in Fairfax. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and dining options. Highly recommend for anyone needing a comfortable, long-term stay!

Staffs are approachable especially Salvacion and Basha. They are very accommodating, and trying their best to give us what we need. Some items are not available in the hotel but they will offer an alternative to it. We are thankful for the hospitality.
