美國紐約州的2 星級飯店

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

位置：離中央公園不遠，走路可達，穿過Central Park走路可達大都會藝術博物館。離地鐵站一個block,走路3分鐘，很近。對面有個印度人開的超市，出門右轉方向走三四分鐘有中餐館The Tang. 內部：內部像宿舍，上下鋪。我定的女生宿舍。一層樓裏有專門的淋浴室和衞生間，單人洗浴間，熱水和淋浴🚿都挺好。 前台所在樓層有賣吃的地方，可供應早餐，有水果飲料咖啡，早6:00-晚11:00，旁邊有若干桌椅可吃飯可看書可閑坐。往走下一層有面積很寬敞的公共廚房，有大量公共鍋碗瓢盆盤等等，有公共冰箱，有四五個帶烤箱的灶，還有四五個不帶烤箱的灶，都可以做飯，旁邊也有吃飯的地方，請見照片和視頻，都是廚房的。 總體感覺很值得，適合單人出行，經濟方便無壓力，平均一晚合人民幣500元，在紐約應該很便宜了吧。看到很多年輕人/學生住在這裏。 想來紐約的個人隨便玩一玩的，推薦這裏。 如果是家庭旅行，兩三個人的，核算下來還是住正常的賓館可能更合適。

就在JFK機場附近，酒店提供接機和送機服務。很方便。門口Q10公交車2.9美元一位，可刷當地信用卡，到地鐵站，在換成E或者F線到曼哈頓（地鐵票也是2.9美元，當地信用卡可付款）

酒店地理位置非常好，就在中央公園邊上，距離自然歷史博物館、大都會很近。酒店在71街，出行很方便'72街就有地鐵口，基本地鐵可以到達紐約有名的各景點。酒店所在上城區，比較安全'周邊有很多吃飯的店。房間的確小，衞生間迷你型，第一次見如此小的洗臉盆。畢竟寸金寸土的地方'也可以理解。畢竟價格還是很有性價比的，酒店服務也很好，行李可以免費寄存。早餐中規中矩，歐陸早餐。

非常完美的入住體驗。酒店在布魯克林區戴克高地，周邊是華人區和意大利區，治安相對還可以。酒店對面坐x28路公交車一站直達華爾街銅牛，票價7美元，去旅遊很方便，酒店出門左轉走路10-15分鐘就是86th street地鐵站，出行比較方便。 酒店內部設施就是國內經濟型差旅酒店的陳設，比較新，也乾淨。前台比較友好，推薦入住。

總體來說很不錯，價格也不是很貴。😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

青旅就在紐約中央公園旁，早上可散步至公園，看看不同天氣的公園景色；房間內真的有許多需要維修的地方，房務清潔人員每天都很努力打掃，和他們打招呼道謝都會親切回應；但有霉味的櫃子和會漏風的窗戶，還是需要管理高層人員撥出費用；更新設施，才能真正解決旅客擔心的房間問題，房間裡的暖氣若不運作，可通知ㄧ樓櫃檯，會有工作人員前往處理，感覺工作人員都盡力了，只希望未來能看到這裡獲得改善。

工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。酒店正在裝修,所以製冰機不起作用,大廳很髒,房間需要這些升級。我的房間本身打掃得不錯,但浴室沒有。角落裏積聚了污垢\灰塵\tp,浴缸周圍有一個環。淋浴水壓很大,有洗髮水,護髮素和沐浴露。這也是我住過的爲數不多的酒店之一,如果這是你像我一樣喜歡的,實際上包括肥皂酒吧。早餐有不錯的品種可供選擇,特別是如果你只是想要一些快速的東西。我選擇前往奧爾巴尼,獲得一些真正的食物和咖啡。我上面所說的一切都與正在進行的裝修是固定的,在閱讀我的審查時應該考慮到這一點。可能無法修復的是房間缺乏任何類型的隔音。我可以聽到地板上的每扇門都關閉,大廳裏的人說話聽起來就像在我的房間裏!!強烈建議您在可能的情況下從電梯裏得到一個房間。不幸的是,我沒有時間查看游泳池或熱浴缸,但確實看到一些孩子在那裏玩得很開心。位置是15分鐘的路程,幾乎你想在奧爾巴尼看到的一切,我整個週末都在這個地方。採取可食用或環境睡覺通過深夜的黨派或早起者,你會被設置!!
