訪訪客用戶Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

LLisaWe never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

訪訪客When I first arrived at the desk to check in, I was greeted very cordially by Constance and Hannah, who were very pleasant and friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care in helping me get the room that was just right for me! The room was clean, modern, nicely decorated, with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay - refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (they also have free coffee in the office), plenty of fresh, clean towels), nice lighting (they actually have the more expensive 'yellowish' LED lights that create light that is better for your eyes - some lesser hotels have the stark, unpleasant 'blue-ish' LED lights. So, even the lighting in the room was nice. :) The TV is very nice, with many, many satellite channels, and they have a digital clock that allows guests to plug in their USB devices so they can wake up to their favorite music, or news. They offer a REALLY great breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, cereal, juice, milk, and much more. What really impressed me, though, is that when I said I'd be leaving too early to take advantage of the breakfast, Constance and Hannah replied, ”Oh, well, if that's the case, you can come get breakfast anytime you want. The office is open 24 hours a day. That kind statement really made my day, because when I travel, I rarely get to take advantage of the free breakfast offered by many of the hotels, since I usually get on the road around 4AM. Thank you for that, ladies!!!! I also wanted to mention Joshua, who made checkout really easy with HIS professional, polite, and friendly help. I highly recommend this hotel. It's nice, but the staff there make it REALLY special. Thanks to all three of you!

AAmenalia上週末和女兒入住這家酒店7/29,我們到的時候真的很累,直接上牀睡覺,第二天早上意識到一些重大問題,和前廳部談了一下。我甚至給值班的監護經理髮送了視頻和圖片。她非常抱歉,前台工作的女士也是如此。但是當經理,我認爲他的名字是科利,出來了......他的attitute是可怕的。事實上,當我看到他走進來時,我不知道他是經理,但當我說“早安”時,他只是不停地走。所以也許他今天過得不好。.沒有,這不是我的錯。他提出給我一些觀點,但對於我的問題,這根本不足夠!!即使在我表達我不高興的事實之後,他沒有努力做任何其他事情。我說的很好,但我收到了除了一個糟糕的注意力之外什麼都沒有!!我不在這裏分享視頻,只是因爲早餐女士很出色..前台工作人員是一個甜心.....但那個經理是最糟糕的👎🏾

JJerrica J我和媽媽在這裏呆了30分鐘的音樂會。我們週五晚上到的很晚,週六一整天都不見了。我們週六晚上半夜回來,房間裏真的很熱,就聯繫前台,告訴她我覺得空氣不靈,她告訴“維護”,我聽到他問我們剛才爲什麼打電話。他進來問我們是否碰了這個單位,然後離開了,帶着一個商店的真空吸塵器回來,說去很好,說74是一個完美的溫度。確實沒用所以又跟他們說了一遍這次“維修人”現在是“經理”,我問能不能換房間,他們說沒有雙人間了,最後過了30minutes-1小時他們終於給我換了單人間那天晚上我沒有得到雙人報銷。我很可能不會再住在這裏。無論他是什麼“維護人”或“經理”,都很粗魯。

訪訪客用戶早餐很失望,他們整個區域沒有打掃,我是第一個去的,不得不提醒他們是時候開燈了。水槽很髒,華夫鐵看起來像是用過的,機器裏沒有橙汁或蘋果汁,他們說他們已經出來了。微波爐在底部周圍看起來有點像麪粉。看起來昨晚食物放在那裏,一直到早上。咖啡機/咖啡味道不像咖啡。牀很舒服,浴室很乾淨。工作人員看上去就像他們住在那裏,帶着嬰兒在臀部周圍,他們沒有試圖表現出任何與冬季風暴問題有關的同情心。我提前離開了一天,以免被困在城市裏,他們不會給我一天的任何折扣,沒有同情心。我的門不安全,好像有人闖過。
