入住很快 位子很好 就在車站旁 可以從月台直接過地下道直達 旁邊有商場 便利店 咖啡 餐廳 床很舒服 唯一一個缺點就是吹風機跟熱水壺 必須在前台借

it was a nice hotel to stay overall. the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink. as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming. and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train. besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆 and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁 and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light. thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

位置很好,距離公共汽車和火車站只有2分鐘。三樓有點挑戰,非常長的看門框,不適合帶行李的女士。東西很好,免費咖啡和茶,但沒有冰箱。

The rooms are nice, but there are no amenities however there is a Hyatt right next-door. So I save the money at this hotel and had nice meals at the Hyatt next door

The room smelled alotbut looked clean. The building looks very old. The toilet were so old that you can't differentiate between either they're dirty or old. No elevator in the building. Positives: Location is very central. The staff is amazing and helpful. The bar is nice with good deals going on.

要找到酒店有點困難，因為第一個入口前沒有銘牌。你一定要在去之前給酒店打電話，因為不通過上鎖的門就無法進入大樓。我其實事先沒有聯絡飯店，到了之後連入口都找不到。我打了電話，店員很友善地來到大樓前找到我，並引導我到接待處。她非常友善和樂於助人。 房間對於短期住宿來說也夠好了。
