Babalik balikan mo tlaga tong place since it very accessible sa nearby city malls..the staff are all welcoming and accommodating. Super linis din at simple lng ang room.

great and good in facilities, the person are approachable when it come ask some about services.

Second time to stay. Loved the bicol express. Staff are acoomodating. Stayed for the 2nd time in the apartment type room, 2-storey facing the pool. may accommodate up to 8 pax, comfortable sleeping. Easy to access, with wide parking space.

The shower is not working well, the air-conditioning is too noisy, but it was clean.

The room is cleaned well organized, the room location is quiete discreet nice and good size. Ac is working great, a little noisy. Close to the port terminal it’s quality is just basic but the staff are really good and polite, I always use this hotel every time I need a room to travel. It’s easy to book online and cheaper compare to other hotel.

Clean and very affordable. We arrived late in the evening without prior booking but was able to check-in easily. Staff kind and accommodating.
