優點：
價格優惠，
工作人員熱情，
大廳有飲水機，有各種水和零食的售賣機。
附近小吃店，711等便利店。
缺點：
距離河邊大概15分鐘
房間挨着馬路，怕吵的可能受不了。
洗漱用品衹有一個洗髮水，房子設施簡單，一個床一副桌椅。
床單浴巾看着很黃，我自己帶了一次性浴巾。
房間很小有一點味道，但是我可以接受。
空調聲音大，不過製冷效果很好，開的低點晚上凍醒了。
桌面插頭位置裝的太低，插頭很插進去，不懂誰設計的。

這家旅館非常漂亮和乾淨。提供所有基本必需品，包括洗髮精、沐浴露、乾淨的毛巾、衛生紙和吹風機。房間內提供無線網路。然而電視只有基本頻道，訊號很差。但除此之外，這是一次愉快的住宿。

1.bidet不乾淨..還有淋浴房剛打掃完服務就弄到客戶頭髮連房間都弄了
2.TV沒信號..
3.system宣佈下午2點可以入住..當我到那裏2.30下午還是不能入住客棧,前台說房間還沒打掃..😂而且我需要等半個多小時..💁🏻♀️

有點像80年代遺留產物的房間。所有的設施都非常基本。就是一個過夜的地方。但是位置非常優秀，樓下茶餐廳、斜對面中餐廳都好吃，走5-10分鐘就是鬧市區，購物逛街觀光都沒有問題。

接待艾薩克非常友好和樂於助人。其他女工作人員非常樂於助人,她向麥加展示了祈禱的方式。其他船員,規格中的傢伙非常好,他做了他指示的事情(打掃房間等)。

位置便利,附近有銀行(Maybank)和美食出口(KFC)。還設有附設/內部清真美食咖啡廳(Rahmat_2),供應當地美食(炒麪、米飯)。櫃檯服務很友好。

From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar.
The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

SSha... .....對於單人或家庭來說.. 那麼這家酒店最好的就是它的位置。停車位有限，但當您使用 Grab 或 Maxim 時，可以輕鬆前往城市和周邊城鎮地區。
剩下的還好啦蘭...
更新現在不再像以前那樣提供電熱水壺。

AAZARYLJust minus (The Management should take actions)
1. The toilet bowl covered is shaking (need to replace or repair)
2. Shud provide slippers as whenever I take a shower the floor is wet.
3. Instead, cheap soap should be replaced with shower gel.
4. TV is not user friendly and does not have a standard channel to every room and it is possible to add more news channels.
Luckily this trip we mostly spent outside..
Overall, satisfy staying at this hotel moreover the staff (FO - Mimi n her colleagues), Maintenance & Housekeeping team are generally attentive n friendly plus the location. Fully recommended and for Muslim travellers the Kuching City Mosque is walkable (5 mins from the hotel)..
Lastly, I missed the Quran recites as before along the corridor. 😔

設施真正使這家酒店與衆不同。屋頂游泳池享有壯麗的景色,水療中心是放鬆身心的理想場所。我還在酒店餐廳用餐,那裏的食物和服務都非常出色 - 特別是自助早餐,提供新鮮美味的選擇。
位置明智,它地理位置優越,適合觀光,購物和餐飲,步行即可到達許多景點。我真的很感激工作人員對細節的關注和照顧水平,以確保我的住宿是完美的。
總的來說,小屋讓我的旅行難忘。我強烈推薦這家酒店給任何尋找放鬆,豪華,無憂住宿的人,我迫不及待地想回來!

The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

酒店check in的大堂很小，就是個小的門面，一不留心，就會錯過
但走進酒店內部，別有洞天之感撲面而來：酒店內部自己有一箇中餐館兼咖啡廳兼酒吧，古晉時常下雨，如果不想外出就餐，那在這個酒店裡可以解決早餐、午餐、晚餐、夜宵
酒店地理位置極好，外牆上那四個民族的笑臉，已經成了古晉的地標
酒店唯一值得詬病的：不提供一次性拖鞋
