Excellent position. The sea less than a km. The city center at 3 km. Enviable location, in a very quiet part of the city. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift. In it there is air conditioning for the summer and condominium heating for the winter. Use of the kitchen is allowed. Brotzu hospital and marine hospital nearby.
The Molentargius park is only 150 meters away
* City Tax Upon Arrival:
EUR 1.50 Per Person Per Day For The First 5 Days
A stone's throw from the sea and the city center. Ideal location to reach the Poetto beach and the city centre.
It is also recommended for its proximity to the Marino hospital and the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari, both easily reachable in a few minutes.
The Cagliari football stadium and the trade fair are also very close
It is a small district, bounded by the large via Tramontana and viale Poetto and by the salt pans of Molentargius. The main internal street, via Favonio, ends in the nearby Quartiere del Sole. Here is the old little church of the salt pans and the new church of the Ss. Nome di Maria, built in the early eighties. In the district there is also the headquarters of the district number 5 which includes seven other districts of the city. Furthermore, a middle school (C. Colombo), an elementary school and a nursery school, basketball and football sports clubs are built, and various opportunities for youth aggregation are offered thanks to the scout group that operates there. It borders the Poetto and San Bartolomeo districts and is located next to the Quartiere del Sole.
The district is dominated by what was once subsidized housing, but unlike other districts of the city, buildings of about three/four floors have been built here and houses with gardens are not uncommon.
In the seventies the neighborhood experienced a period of difficulty, becoming a crossroads for drug dealing, a period which fortunately ended in the 80s and today La Palma is one of the most livable residential neighborhoods in the city thanks to the presence of green spaces and public
GGolden handshakerLocation was great. Parking wasn’t. Air conditioning at night wasn’t working well. Awkward check in desk location. Mattress was good, but the slightest movement on the bed and it felt unstable.
